Eros International to release Malayalam family drama OLAPPEEPPI on September 23

Eros International Media Limited (Eros International), a leading global company in the Indian film entertainment industry is all set for the release upcoming Malayalam drama Olappeeppi starring Biju Menon Punasseri Kanjana, Sreejith Ravi and Paris Laxmi among others.

Produced by Sunil Ibrahim of Vibezon Movies, this family drama marks the directorial debut of Krish Kymal, renowned photographer, ad filmmaker and cinematographer who worked in Malayalam and Tamil films. The film also stars Jebbar Chemad and Anjali Upasana in prominent roles.Set in the backdrop of 1970s, the film portraits the story of various impacts and the socio-economic changes that occurred in the state of Kerala due to the execution of the Land Reforms Act in 1970. The film especially focuses on the turmoil created in an upper class feudal family due to the Land Reforms Act.

Following the success of the company’s latest Malayalam release, director Omar Lulu’s Happy Wedding that just completed 100 days in theatres, Eros continues to make its successful inroads into Malayalam cinema. This Sunday, we will be getting a chance to see the premiere of the film Ant-Man, the superhero film based on the Marvel Comics at 1pm & 9pm on Star Movies. Post the success of the film Ant-Man on the big screen, it comes as no surprise that a sequel has already been announced titled Ant-Man and the Wasp. As Marvel Studios brought Ant-Man to the big screen, the tiny superhero turned out to be a big hit, changing the pace and bringing the tiny superhero back again with the upcoming sequel. Ant-Man exploded on the big screen with Captain America: Civil War with his giant man reveal and the sequel Ant Man and the Wasp will definitely feature Giant Man.The first film Ant-Man featured the origin story of Ant-Man but in the sequel He’ll be joined by Lilly’s character Hope Van Dyne, who has received the distinction of being the first Marvel super heroine to headline a movie. She will be playing the lead protagonist as The Wasp          

Ant-Man’s trusted friend, Luis played by Michael Pena who in the first film stole the show with his humorous one liners. The actor who plays the role Michael Pena has confirmed that he too will be joining back for the sequel

Hollywood’s veteran star, Sharon Stone’s may be joining the sequel. Speculations show that there is a possibility that she could be cast as Hank Pym’s wife, Janet Van Dyne who is the original Wasp.

Sushant Singh Rajput launches the trailer of first ever homegrown 3D stereoscopic animated movie 'Motu Patlu- King of Kings'

India’s favorite awesome twosome from Furfurinagar, Motu Patlu are all set to enthrall children with their maiden theatrical outing - Motu Patlu King of Kings. The magnum opus is Viacom18 Motion Pictures’ first ever homegrown 3D stereoscopic animated movie based on the very popular Lotpot characters Motu Patlu currently featuring on Nickelodeon. Releasing on October 14, 2016 - the film will give children a chance to have an explosive holiday experience with their family and the beloved characters.Wishing good luck to Motu Patlu for their new innings at the trailer launch was the versatile Sushant Singh Rajput who is currently all enthusiastic to play the enigmatic Dhoni in his biopic MS Dhoni - The Untold Story.

Best Friends Motu Patlu are the lovable awesome twosome residing in a small town in the heartland of India, known as Furfuri Nagariya. Entrapped in a plot with a runaway circus lion, a lion king trying to protect his kingdom and a greedy poacher who wants to ruin the jungle life - Motu Patlu must wage a battle to save the jungle.

Bhushan Kumar has started and made a success of non Bollywood singles. He has once again recreated Sukhbir's  blockbuster song 'Gal Ban Gayi'.
