Benedict Cumberbatch poses with his statue and clicks selfies at Hong Kong Doctor Strange Premiere

Stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Tilda Swinton, Director Scott Derrickson, Producer Kevin Feige and Executive Producer Stephen Broussard launched the global promotional tour for Marvel Studios’ with Asia being their first stop. Starting the DOCTOR STRANGE promotion tour in Hong Kong, marking the first time a Marvel Studios’ talent tour has had a scheduled stop in the region. DOCTOR STRANGE features Hong Kong in a pivotal sequence as it tells the story of Stephen Strange, Marvel’s latest Super Hero to hit the big screen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Set against the world-renowned Victoria Harbour skyline, a nighttime event was staged in honor of the visitors. Between the screams of adorning local fans and reporters from all over the Asia Pacific region, filmmakers and stars stepped onto the red carpet at the Open Piazza of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre

Capping off the festivities, the distinguished guests ignited a specially designed wheel of pyrotechnics inspired by the title character’s ability to create round- shaped dimensional getaways in the movie. The lighting signified DOCTOR STRANGE being welcomed into Hong Kong as the start of the global promotional tour that will take the group to multiple cities circumventing the globe, as well as celebrating the arrival of the latest Marvel action super blockbuster sure to take the world by storm when it hits Indian theatres on the 4th of November 2016.

Ajay Devgn burns Raavan’s effigy in Delhi on Dussehra

As the Navratri festival culminated with Dussehra yesterday, the actor film maker shot a fiery arrow to set ablaze the effigy of Raavan.A crowd of more than 1lakh 50 thousand people was present at the venue to witness this. Ajay Devgn, who is gearing up for his next release Shivaay, was delighted to be present there! ADF, Jayantilal Gada (PEN) and Narendra Hirawat presents, An Ajay Devgn Ffilms Production, Shivaay stars Ajay Devgn, Sayyeshaa, Erika Kaar and Abigail Eames and is directed by Ajay Devgn.

A musical tribute to late Ghazal maestro Jagjit Singh

It was quite an eventful evening at the Tum Bin 2 concert which was held on the death anniversary of the iconic ghazal singer Jagjit Singh.

Music masteros Rekha Bharadwaj, Anup Jalota, Hariharan ans Jaswinder Singh payed their tribute to the late singer by singing some of his ghazals.

Jagjit Singh's contribution to the film Tum Bin and to the industry has been priceless, hence the makers decided to pay an ode to him.

All in all, it was an evening worth remembering for each and every person present there.
