यह दुर्गा रानी सिंह की कहानी २ है !

आज सोशल साइट्स पर एक पोस्टर जारी किया गया है। पुलिस को इस पोस्टर वाली महिला दुर्गा रानी सिंह की हत्या और अपहरण के मामलों में तलाश है।  जानकारी देने के लिए फेसबुक पर कहानी २ पर संपर्क करने के लिए कहा गया है।  लेकिन यह तलाश रियल लाइफ नहीं रील लाइफ हैं।  क्योंकि यह दुर्गा रानी सिंह का फोटो विद्या बालन का है।  २०१२ की हिट थ्रिलर ‘कहानी’ के बाद २ दिसंबर २०१६ को रिलीज होने जा रहीं सीक्वल फिल्म का नाम ‘कहानी-२: दुर्गा रानी सिंह’ है । यह पोस्टर इसी फिल्म का है।  इस सस्पेन्स थ्रिलर फिल्म के लिए निर्देशक सुजॉय घोष और विद्या बालन फिर एक बार एक साथ आयें हैं। विद्या बालन और अर्जुन रामपाल अभिनीत यह फिल्म पहले २५ नवंबर को रिलीज होनेवाली थी। लेकिन पेन इंडिया के निर्माता जयंतीलाल गाडा ने बॉक्स ऑफिस टकराव को टालने के लिए फिल्म की रिलीज डेट आगे करने का फैसला लिया।

हालांकि, सभी निर्माता प्रतिस्पर्धी से होनवाले टकराव से बचने के लिए इस तरह की रणनीती अपनाते हैं। लेकिन निर्माता जयंतीलाल गाडा ने महेश भट्ट के साथ रहीं कई सालों की दोस्ती के मद्देनजर यह फैसला लिया हैं। आलिया भट्ट अभिनीत फिल्म ‘डिअर जिंदगी’ भी २५ नवम्बर को रिलीज़ होने जा रही है । महेश भट्ट और जयंतीलाल गाडा की इस बारे में बातचित हुई। दोनों ने मिलकर फैसला लिया की दोनों फिल्में एक ही वक्त रिलीज नहीं होंगी। इसिलए कहानी-२ के निर्माता ने फिल्म की रिलीज एक हफ्ते आगे कर ली। यह सस्पेन्स फिल्म अब २ दिसंबर को रिलीज होंगीं।इस सम्बन्ध में महेश भट्ट ने कहा, "मैं कई वर्षों से जयंतीलाल गाडा को जानता हुँ। हम एक दूसरे के लिए एक परिवार की तरह हैं। कहानी-२ और डिअर जिंदगीं, दोनों ही अपने आप में अनोखी फिल्में हैं। हमने सोचा कि इन फिल्मों को सोलो रिलीज मिलनी चाहियें। ताकि, दोनों फिल्मों को फायदा मिलें।" इस बारे में संपर्क करने पर जयंतीलाल गाडा ने कहा, "भट्ट साहब हमारे सुप्रसिध्द टीवी शो उडान और नामकरण से जुड़े हैं । लेकिन इन दो शो से भी ज्यादा अधिक महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि महेश भट और आलिया हमारे लिए परिवार की तरह हैं। परिवारों के भीतर कभी भी प्रतियोगिता या टकराव नही हो सकता।  इसलिए मैंने कहानी-२ दुर्गा रानी सिंह की रिलीज २ दिसंबर को करने का फैसला लिया है।“ 

DYLAN O’BRIEN & KAYA SCODELARIO BREAK DOWN THEIR ROLES ON MAZE RUNNER: SCORCH TRIALS

~ In an interview with the two stars, they share what their characters will have to face in the new film~

An adaptation of James Dashner’s bestselling books of the same name, this sequel to the Maze Runner is back with its thrilling sequel Maze Runner: The Scorch Trails. The film will be premiering on Indian television for the first time on October 23^rd a 1pm and 9pm on Star Movies. The film details the story of a group of teens who after escaping the maze are now looking for the reasons behind their imprisonment in the maze. Now free, the teenagers are confronted by the breakdown of society as they begin to understand the world around them while handling the harsh obstacle on the ‘Scorch’, a pitiless desert. 

The film stars a number of big stars with Dylan O’Brien playing the lead as Thomas in the film. While talking about what dangers the sequel presents to Thomas and the Gladers, Dylan in an interview commented,” The Scorch provides plenty of dangers that we can’t really expect. What’s amazing about the second movie is that we’ve only experienced these kids trapped in one place for so long. The maze was hard and treacherous of itself but now they don’t even know what’s coming. They at least know they are in a contained environment in the first film and know that the Grievers are there and the maze is there and anything that comes with it. But here everything is new to them and everyone is kind of greenie in the Scorch”

English actress Kaya Scodelario who plays the role of Teresa shared what her characters’ biggest challenges besides surviving the Scorch were. She said, “I think her biggest challenge is trying to forge her own separate opinion. These guys are so close and have been on this journey the whole time together that they can’t help but be in a group. I think she is starting to experience life apart from them and she’s trying to work out what that means and how to be brave enough to trust her own instincts.”

Braun India Fashion Week London welcomes two upcoming design gems from India, discovered by 6Degree

6Degree, India’s leading fashion talent and tech platform created quite a buzz on the first day of the 2^nd edition of Braun India Fashion Week London by launching two budding fashion designers from the country. Both talented designers,Abha Chaudhary from Nagpur and Althea Krishna from Hyderabad showcased their rich and mesmerising collections on the ramp at the fashion extravaganza which was held at Excel London on 15^th October, 2016.

Flared lehengas with off-shoulder blouses and jackets with zardosi hand-embellishments were a big hit with the audience.

Eros International & Maqtro Pictures’ Malayalam family drama C/O SAIRA BANU goes on floo

Close on the heels of the success of their last Malayalam outing,Happy Wedding, Eros International Media Ltd, India’s leading global company in the Indian film industryand Maqtro Pictures Pvt Ltd’s C/O Saira Banu starring Manju Warrier, Amala Akkineni and Shane Nigam went on floor last week. The film is slated for release in first half of 2017. Debutant Antony Sony Sebastian, who has assisted well-known directors like Rosshan Andrews, will be directing veteran actor Amala Akkineni and Manju Warrier in this emotional family drama. Amala Akkineni will be seen on silver screen after 25 years in a pivotal role as a lawyer along with Manju Warrier who enacts the title character Saira Banu in the film.Following several successful Malayalam films such as National Award winning film Pathemari, Olappeppi, Happy Wedding and Life of Jossootty among others, Eros continues to focus on regional expansion plans in several languages including Malayalam.

Tum Bin 2's 007 connection

'Tum Bin 2', the romantic saga is already creating waves across the country and fans are eagerly awaiting for the film's release. And now there is something  more that all the fans can watch out for in the film. 

The quintessential romantic sequence, had to have the best location to go along the mood of the film. Although it was a difficult challenge for the makers of the film to create a perfect romantic aura for the film, Anubhav Sinha, the director of the film, while doing the recce, drove for several hours from Glasgow to Glencoe in search of a suitable venue in Scotland. 

Coincidentally, he chose the same spot that was used to film a dramatic sequence for 'Skyfall' that starred Daniel Craig and Judi Dench. The scene in 'Tum Bin 2' features newcomer Aditya Seal, who did not want to miss the opportunity of taking a picture at the iconic spot. The sequence was shot on a bright sunny day with clear skies unlike the one with dreary sky in 'Skyfall'. The popular road is now called the 'Skyfall road'.

 As Anubhav recollects, it was one of the most memorable experience of the entire shoot schedule. 

Tum Bin 2, which is  jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar and Anubhav Sinha, who has also written & directed the film is set to release on 18th November 2016.
