आर माधवन की फिल्म इरूधि सुत्तरु टोक्यो अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फिल्म समारोह में

दीवाली के शुभ अवसर पर, आर माधवन ​अपने परिवार ​के साथ प्रतिष्ठित टोक्यो अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फिल्म महोत्सव में भाग लेने के लिए​ ​जापान​ ​ ​गए थे ​।आर माधवन ​की हिंदी फिल्म साला खड़ूस  के तमिल संस्करण ​इरूधि सुत्तरु​ फिल्म को ​​प्रतिष्ठित अंतरराष्ट्रीय फिल्म समारोह में दिखाई गई​ , उस समय फिल्म को वहां के लोगो से और मीडिया से बहुत बढ़िया रिस्पॉन्स मिला , तथा अभिनेता आर.माधवन को फिल्म के लिए लोग तारीफ करते थक नहीं रहे थे। ​माधवन के फेन्स बड़े उत्साहित दिखे , सभी फेन्स माधवन से मिलने और बात करने के लिए आतुर थे। उनके फेन्स ने सोशल मीडिया फेसबुक , ट्विटर का सहारा लेते हुए ​अपने होम टाउन जापान में स्वागत किया। सूत्रों का कहना है " जब आर.माधवन स्क्रीनिंग के स्थान पर पहुंचे तब फेन्स ने खुले दिल से स्वागत किया और मीडिया बड़ा जमावड़ा भी था जो आर.माधवन की एक झलक कॅमेरा में कैद कर रहे थे। अभिनेता ​आर माधवन को ​ऑटोग्राफ्स के ​अनुरोध ​किया गया तब विनम्रता ​से उन ​सभी ​लोगों  साथ सेल्फी क्लिक किया​ तथा ऑटोग्राफ भी दिए​।" ​माधवन ने कहा " मैं वास्तव में अभिभूत की जिस तरह से प्यार और स्नेह मुझे जापान के लोगो से मिला है यह मेरे और मेरी फिल्म इरूधि सुत्तरु को जो रेस्पॉन्स मिला है इस से में प्रत्याशित कभी नहीं किया था।"

‎New CEO for Omung Kumar's Legend Studios

Omung Kumar and Sandeep Singh of Legend Studios have made a few critical appointments ahead of a hectic 2017. Manish Singh who has closely worked with ‎the duo for the past five years has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for the boutique production house.Manish Singh has been associated with the industry for the past 15 years and was supervising producer for Legend Studios' 'Sarbjit'. He earlier managed several celebrities under the banner - Green Light Entertainment.         

Zafar Mehdi has been promoted to the position of Associate producer. Zafar Mehdi was the Excutive producer on several big budget productions like Mary Kom, Aligarh and Sarbjit. He also worked with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for 4 years on films like Ramleela and Shirin Farhad Ki Tu Nikal Padi.

'Manish and Zafar bring the right experience and expertise. We have several projects going on the floors and it was the right time to do this,' added Sandeep Singh.

Legend Studios ‎has a slew of films planned for 2017 and with the new appointees the studio is putting a strong structure in place.

Huma Qureshi shoots at the same location as Game of Thrones & Star Wars

Huma Qureshi ,who is currently shooting in the Eastern European country of Croatia, is literally living out a dream in the picturesque location .

The actress who is shooting for a Delhi based cosmetic brand(Blue heaven) in Croatia ,shot at the old town in Dubrovnik and at Rector's Palace where fantasy show Game of Thrones was also filmed.

If that wasn't all, Huma also got the opportunity to film at the main street of Stradun , which was blocked entirely to shoot the upcoming Star Wars film.

Philanthropist Carrie Morgridge and her Husband   John Morgridge head the Morgridge Family Foundation, a Denver-based philanthropy that supports causes like the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and Mile High United Way. With her experience of managing the resources of a charitable institution  Carrie wrote about her experiences in the 2015 book "Every Gift Matters: How Your Passion Can Change the World.". The proceeds of her popular book go to various groups working in education, health, the arts and the environment.

"Leadership is the most important quality when our Foundation  looks for when deciding who and where to donate. Within leadership, she said, is a built-in component of trust.Effective philanthropy means for some a gift for investment in leadership, which means an investment in education,” Carrie Morgridge said while speaking at FLO interactive session.

"women should have a voice.Women are smart. We are intelligent. If you want to get involved, sit on a board. Have your voice heard,” Morgridge said. “Not that I’m making a political statement, but they should have a seat at the table with men.”Ms Morgridge said.
