Kriti Kharbanda: I got three film offers after Raaz: Reboot

With just her debut film, Vikram Bhatt’s Raaz: Reboot alongside Emraan Hashmi, Kriti Kharbanda became the talk of the town, as the talented actress won huge critical acclaim for her stupendous performance in the successful horror franchise.Post Raaz: Reboot, there was no looking back for the gorgeous actress, who had plenty of offers coming her way but she opted for Ashwini Dhir’s directorial venture, Atithii Iin London which she’s currently shooting in London.Kriti informs, “I got three films offers after Raaz: Reboot, but Atithii Iin London was exciting as I haven’t done much comedy earlier. The actress is unaware of replacing Lisa Haydon in the family entertainer, also starring Kartik Aaryan and veteran actors Paresh Rawal and Tanvi Azmi.“Even if I’d known, it wouldn’t have bothered me, it’s a really good role and that’s all what matters,” states Kriti, who has been shooting all over London and Birmingham. On her day off, Kriti and her co-star Tanvi went off together to explore the Queen’s City.“We went to the Oxford Street which is a shopper’s delight and binged on delicious crêpes and waffles,” says the self-confessed foodie, elaborating, “I relished the Gujarati spread on Diwali day. This was the first time I was away from home during the festival and celebrated with the team here. We even saw people burst some crackers.”
