शॉर्ट फिल्म में आर्मीमेन बनेंगे अमित साध

इस साल लगता है , अमित साध के पास बहुत कुछ है। पिछले वर्ष इस प्रतिभाशाली अभिनेता की फिल्म सुल्तान को बहुत बड़ी कामयाबी मिली, इस फिल्म के लिए अमित को काफी सराहा गया है और इस वर्ष वे राम गोपाल वर्मा की सरकार ३ , रनिंग शादी डॉट कॉम तथा दिग्मांशु धुलिया की आगमी फिल्म और वेब सीरीज में नजर आने वाले है।  इन सब प्रोजेक्ट्स के अलावा अमित शॉर्ट फिल्म में नजर आएंगे, इस शॉर्ट फिल्म की कहानी दो भाईयो की होगी जिनका बैकग्राउंड आर्मी का है। हालही में अमित ने इस शॉर्ट फिल्म को साइन किया है और इस महीने ही फिल्म की शूटिंग भी होनी है।

​अमित का कहना है " ​मेने अबतक सुनी अच्छी कहानियो में से यह एक अच्छी कहानी है। जरिया मायने नहीं रखता , यह आप की प्रतिभा है की आप किस तरह दिखाते हो , इस माध्यम के जरिये से आप १६० देशो में देखे जाते हो।

In an industry where actors are always aiming for six pack abs and size zero body, Marathi star Smita Gondkar has a different take on it. “I have a simple mantra -One must be comfortable with their body and should be fit”. The actress says the secret behind her perfect body is not any crash diet but a combination of regular workouts and healthy eating “I think ideally one should not reach a stage where you have to go on crash diets. Crash Diets are worst for your body. You need to be conscious on daily basis. I feel workouts and healthy eating should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle” Smita Gondkar is every girl’s envy on fashion and health front. If you think that the starlet must be depriving herself from delicacies, it’s completely wrong "For me, working out and eating healthy is a part of my lifestyle. I am careful about what and how much I eat but I do not deprive myself of anything. I don't indulge into crash diets for a particular shoot. I know people who eat in a crazy way and then suddenly they want a perfect body, and to achieve that they go on crash diets which takes a heavy toll on their body in the long term” says Smita Gondkar Smita believes that each person should spare an hour and dedicate that time to fitness “Everyone needs to enjoy their “me” time and working out is the best form of “me” time. You should workout depending on your likes. You must enjoy working out. Sports, Yoga, Gym all provide the same result if done regularly. I believe that you must never pressurize yourself in order to be a certain size, in fact take things slow and steady. That provides the best results long term. It is not necessary that you need to splurge on expensive gyms or different form of workouts. A simple one hour walk and basic exercises along with healthy eating should be practiced regularly in order to see the desired results” “One must not come in peer pressure and aim for six pack abs or a size zero figure. You should be fit and healthy. Thin is out. Fit is the new Sexy!!”

Meets the 'real' Geeta and Babita, who's life was shown in the recent film DANGAL

The legendary producer director Subhash Ghai leaves no stone unturned to promote Indian Cinema and culture amongst the audiences of our country and cinema lovers across the globe. The visionary had taken the initiative of opening a premiere Film Making and media school that over the years has helped many film making junkies to pursue their dream and make a career in the field. Subhash Ghai has also gone beyond his school to promote the Indian cinema culture overseas by attending workshops and exchange programmes in various countries and does so even within the country. Recently the showman attended the Pravasi Divas celebration as the chief guest invited by the honorable Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar  in Gurgram. 

Being invited as guest of Honor by Haryana Govt on for the two days festival, Subhash Ghai held a detailed discussion with the Chief Minister and Govt officials to set up a world class media and entertainment hub including studios, theatres and training centers.  Mr Khattar extended full support of Government to the veteran filmmaker’s vision who has already set a world class state of art, educational Campus Whistling Woods International in Mumbai. CM shared his vision with potential NRI investors in developing Haryana as software power too apart from other industries. 

Subhash Ghai in his speech said "Its high time when fast developing Haryana must  focus to develop media and entertainment industry including Audio visual studios and training centers.”  The success of the film ‘Dangal’ has given a huge confidence to the govt and the people to develop a cinema and media industry at the earliest. 

During the day Subhash Ghai met the real DANGAL sisters, Geeta Phogat and Babita Phogat who shared their experience with him on how a film has boosted their sport and spirit of every Haryanvi.  Both the sisters were pleasantly surprised when Ghai spoke to them in Haryanvi and revealed that he graduated from Rohtak - Garh of Haryana. He made their day.
