Karan Singh Grover to go on a recce for his travel show

Karan Singh Grover is set to host a travel show and has started prepping up for the same.

The talented actor who returns to television after quite some time now is gearing up for the show. Along with the crew of his upcoming travel show, Karan has been finalising the locations and destinations that the show will be shot at.

A source informs, “Karan is extremely adventurous and likes to visit new places. He is fond of exploring different holiday destinations across the globe, and he is off for a recce to Europe. He is looking forward to explore different adventure sports in Europe.”

“He will be heading to the lesser-known and quieter exotic locations of Europe to research for the show,” adds the source.

Karan confirms, “I like exploring different places during my holidays. Even generally, going to a new place really fascinates me. I love to walk around, visit popular local sites, and try local food wherever I go. Since the theme of the show is exploring new places, I’m looking forward to it.”

From ‘Bailando’ to ‘Ginza’ and now Despacito!

Latin American music has become a favourite for most dance parties for their upbeat music. There are a number of sure shot songs that need to be a part of your playlist to keep your feet tapping. Enrique Iglesias for years has given the world of music a number of unforgettable numbers but Enrique’s Bailando (which means “dancing” in English) is one such number that will make everyone jump up and dance! The song debuted at No. 1 on Top Latin Albums back in 2014 and became an instant success. In 2015, J Balvin entered our lived with the track Ginza. The song has almost 680 million views on VEVO. It comes as no surprise that the party track Ginza was a reigning No. 1 last year on Hot Latin Songs chart. It became one of those Spanish songs which are the best to dance to making your loose hair, party shoes to wear and let your hands up in the air. 

A newest addition to this list is the latest by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee called ‘Despacito’. The song even though it means ‘slowly’ has become of the fastest growing track of the year in 2017 breaking global records instantly. The song has gained more than 225 million views for its video on VEVO and received a massive applause across the globe. Songwriter Erika and Fonsi have penned ‘Despacito’ as one more song in the line of Latin jams which has effortlessly become the must have track in dance music playlist to groove to. 

Each of these tracks feature a completely different spectrum of Latin music that instantly create a following. With the newest feature of Despacitio by Luis Fonsi- the song will certainly be a favourite for a long time with even earning the title of being the first Spanish language song to be in the Global Top 10 on Spotify.

हुक्का गुड़गुड़ाएंगी बेगम जान की विद्या बालन !

विद्या बालन एक बार फिर सेक्सी अवतार में नज़र आने वाली हैं।  वह सृजित मुख़र्जी की फिल्म बेगम जान में एक कोठे की मालकिन के किरदार मे हैं। फिल्म में उनके  बेगम जान के किरदार की आवाज़ फंसी हुई सी सेक्सी होगी।  इंडस्ट्री में ऎसी आवाज़ वाली अभिनेत्री रानी मुख़र्जी हैं। यह आवाज़ रानी की सेक्स अपील में इज़ाफ़ा करती है।  चूंकि, फिल्म के तमाम करैक्टर लखनऊ से हैं, इसलिए विद्या पूरी फिल्म में हुक्का गुड़गुड़ा रही होंगी।   यह फिल्म १९४७ के दौरान बंगाल के विभाजन की पृष्ठभूमि में एक कोठे की वैश्याओं की दशा पर केंद्रित हैं।  आठ वैश्याओं वाले इस कोठे की मालकिन बेगम जान हैं।  बताते चलें कि दो साल

पहले निर्देशक सृजित मुख़र्जी कलकत्ता के एक कोठे की दशा पर दो भाषाओं बांग्ला और हिंदी में साथ साथ फिल्म बनाना चाहते थे।  इसके लिए उनकी पहली पसंद विद्या बालन ही थी। परंतु, उस समय सृजित को विद्या बालन से तारीखे मिलने में कठिनाई हो रही थी।  इसलिए उन्होंने इस कहानी को राजकाहिनी टाइटल के साथ बंगला में ऋतुपर्णा सेनगुप्ता के साथ शुरू कर दिया।  राजकहिनी २०१५ में दुर्गा पूजा के दौरान रिलीज़ हुई। अब इस फिल्म को हिंदी में महेश

भट्ट बना रहे हैं।  फिल्म का निर्देशन सृजित मुख़र्जी ही कर रहे हैं।  सृजित मुख़र्जी कहते हैं, "विद्या बालन का चेहरा, उनकी आवाज़ और उनकी बॉडी लैंग्वेज कुछ ख़ास है।  अगर आप किसी सशक्त किरदार के बारे में सोच रहे होते हैं तो जेहन में विद्या बालन या रानी मुख़र्जी ही आती हैं।  मेरी पहली पसंद रानी मुख़र्जी थी।  मैं सोच भी नहीं सकता कि कोई दूसरी अभिनेत्री इस करैक्टर को कर सकती है।" बेगम जान, विद्या बालन की तीसरी फिल्म होगी, जिसमे वह सेक्सी अवतार में नज़र आएँगी।  इश्किया और द डर्टी पिक्चर में विद्या बालन ने खुद

को कामुकता की हद तक सेक्सी साबित किया था।  लेकिन, बेगम जान के लिए विद्या बालन के सामने कोई कृष्णा वर्मा (इश्किया) या रेशमा (द डर्टी पिक्चर) चुनौती नहीं होगी।  पार्टीशन के दौर की इस फिल्म में विद्या बालन के किरदार को चुनौती बनेगी श्याम बेनेगल की फिल्म मंडी (१९८३) की मैडम रुक्मिणी  बाई।  इस किरदार को शबाना आज़मी ने यादगार ढंग से किया था ।  दिलचस्प तथ्य यह है कि मंडी फिल्म में भडुवे टुंगरुस का किरदार करने वाले नसीरुद्दीन शाह बेगम जान में भी ख़ास किरदार कर रहे हैं ।  नसीरुद्दीन शाह फिल्म इश्किया और द डर्टी पिक्चर में भी विद्या के सह नायक थे।  तो क्या विद्या बालन एक बार फिर बेगम जान के लिए राष्ट्रीय फिल्म पुरस्कार जीत पाएंगी ?
