It’s family time with Oscars winning Animated Films

Animated films are not just about the three dimensional characters but the happy and valuable impact which remains with the audience after watching it. Such movies are a visual treat to eyes showcasing varied stories of love, friendship, war, survival, bravery and many more stuck with a heart-warming  message appreciated by all age groups. Star Movies with this thoughtful concept is all set to air an array of Oscar winning animated films next week Monday to Thursday as a part of ‘Celebrating the Oscars’ film festival. 
This Oscar’s celebrate with Star Movies with some of the most overwhelming animated movie collections that have swayed us away with its scintillating visuals and inspiring stories. All time classic and the bold story of Simba in The Lion King brings one closer to nature betting to make you dance along on the tunes of “Hakuna Matata”. The movie bagged two Oscars for Best Original Song and Best Original Score and inspired the global audience with its melody.
The Celebration proceeds with the first Pixar movie with a female protagonist, Brave, taking us on a fantastic tale of an aspiring archer and impetuous daughter of royalty, Merida which grabbed the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2013. Atypical of Disney princesses’ movies the princess of this movie stands alone with pride and a happy ending of making one’s dreams come true. Next up is the Action and Adventure film, The Incredibles that achieved Oscars Awards for Best Achievement in Sound Editing and Best Animated Feature Film of the Year with two other nominated categories revolves around a storyline of a family of undercover superheroes, while trying to live the quiet suburban life. The not so normal family of supernormal heroes eventually sets on a journey to save the world in the most euphoric undercover manner. And last but not the least ‘Celebrating the Oscars – Best Animation’ will be closing with an extraordinary story of friendship with Toy Story 2  narrating the riotous tale of life in the toy lane. Directed by John Lasseter, the second edition of Toy Story is definitely a playtime for viewers of all ages with impactful voices of Tom Hanks and Joan Cusack teaching you the meaning of life and friendship in the most amicable fashion.
Star Movies brings you the best of Oscar nominated movies of our times to set the celebrations rolling FOR THE 89TH Academy Awards for the 2017.

Freddy Daruwala interacts with cops in Delhi for Commando 2

The very good-looking actor Freddy Daruwala will be seen portraying the role of a cop in Commando 2 for the first time.
As part of his character preparation, the very handsome and talented actor met real cops in Delhi and spent almost a week with them to learn more about the way they operate, their body language and mannerisms.
Being a method actor, Freddy believes in intense preparation for his roles and was quite excited to learn some safety measures from the cops. He also shared his experiences of working in Bollywood and how different it is from their profession.
Freddy says, “It was an amazing experience interacting with the cops. I’ve learnt a lot from them as an individual which I’ll always cherish. My character Bakhtawar is very intense and tough and so this research was really important.”

Disha Patani celebrates Valentine’s Day with underprivileged kids, discloses about being a weird shy kid and insists on urges girls to be independent and learn self-defense! 
The Bollywood newbie and everyone’s favorite, Disha Patani reveals some interesting facts about her teenage days and school time including how she was never the lucky kid and how she finds Mumbai the safest city ever on a chat show with YouTuber Hanee Chavan on this link: 
Coming from a small town, Bareilly to making it big in Bollywood, Disha admits to still thinking that she is not a star but a struggler and hates watching her own movies as she judges herself too much! 
Disha celebrated her Valentine’s Day early by taking daily wage background kids to a store and styling them in new clothes. Valentine’s Day is all about spreading love and Disha spread smiles on the faces of these underprivileged kids and gifted all of them the clothes from the store along with cupcakes and balloons. The kids were big Disha Patani fans and fell in love with her cute bubbly self instantly. 
Disha is relieved she’s not studying anymore and discloses about how she was always the unlucky girl and nothing lucky has ever happened to her but has worked hard to achieve her dreams! 
She addresses the teenagers of today asking them to believe in themselves and urges women to learn self-defense and not be dependent on anyone.
