​ The anti-hero is back!

Be it Maya Bhai from Shootout at Lokhandwala, gangster-turned-politician Pratap Ravi in Rakht Charitra, gangster Chandu in Company or the evil Kaal in the superhero franchise Krrish 3, Vivek Oberoi has always managed to pull off grey characters with élan. Making bad look so good, the versatile actor is back in the grey zone this year as he will be portraying two distinct characters, something that nobody has seen before.Vivek will be seen locking horns with Ajith Kumar in the biggest Tamil film this year, Vivegam and will also be making his debut on the digital platform with his much-awaited web series, Excel Entertainment’s Power Play to be released globally on Amazon, in which he plays the pivotal character. The kind of response and reactions Vivek has received for anti-hero roles has been unprecedented. While he enjoys doing comedies as well, he finds negative characters or roles with grey shades more challenging that are drastically different from the kind of person he is in real life.

Vishal Dadlani and Sonakshi Sinha do a ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ on Indian Idol 9

The set of Indian Idol 9  resounded with the beaming personality of  talented music director Vishal Dadlani who is known  for his high energy music and great sense of  humor.  It was during the shoot that it was also revealed that Farah Khan and Vishal Dadlani have been friends for years and one could make that out from the camaraderie. In fact, Farah had something very interesting to say on the very famous item number ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ which was composed by Vishal – Shekhar. 

While the shoot was on, Farah Khan revealed that there is a hidden item girl in Vishal Dadlani as the way he could sing the song and say ‘What’s my name’, even Sunidhi Chauhan couldn’t perform it. 

A source from the set reveals, Vishal got on stage along with Sonakshi and sang ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’ and Sonakshi did the steps of the song. The singer was so excited that he requested someone to hold the mike so that he could do the step correctly.” 

It was fun all the way as Farah Khan and Vishal Dadlani brought down the house with their banter and interesting conversation.

Ms Mehbooba Mufti CM of Jammu and Kashmir launched the trailer & music of Film "Sargoshiyan" on 17th March 2017, at Hotel J W Marriott Mumbai, the film produced by actor Imran Khan. Entire starcast Farida Jalal, Imran Khan, Sara Khan, Shahbaz Khan, Indranil Sengupta, Tom Alter, Ehsaan Khan, Khalid Siddiqui, Aditi Bhatia, Hasan Zaidi and Alok Nath were present, beside them other Bollywood dignatories Inder Kumar, Ranjeet, Poonam Sinha, Sohel Khan, narendra Jha, Anju mahendru, Raza Murad, Akbar Khan, Guddu Dhanao, parmeet Sethi, Lekh Tandon, Deep shikha, Shawar Ali, kanchan Adhikari, Ehsaan Quereshi, Shraddha with Ejaz Khan, Kanwaljit Singh and Kiran Kumar were also present. 

Imran Khan's film is based on Kashmir and Kashmiri people's innocent nature. It has been shot in beautiful locations of Kashmir, where makers have tried to portray real Kashmir. Imran said that in his debut film he had lots of support from Jammu and Kashmir Tourism, from government, Indian Army and citizens. 

CM Mehbooba Mufti said now girls are safe in J&K, she also remembered her father who wanted Bollywood members to shoot in J&K, she added she will fulfill her father's wish. Sohel Khan said he loves J&K.

Ram Charan's next production will be a historical period drama

After the stupendous success of Chiranjeevi's 150th film, Khaidi No 150 , Ram Charan is all set to produce his second film, which will again star the legendary megastar. 

Ram turned producer with Khaidi no 150 under his home banner Konidela Production Company and the film went on to break records both on home turf and overseas. The actor-producer will now be producing another film starring Chiranjeevi , which will be a mega budget historical period drama. 

The film will be directed by Surrender Reddy and is based on a freedom fighter. Given the subject, the story demands a lot of research and preparation and the director ,along with several renowned writers, including Paruchuri Brothers ,are extensively working on the script and historic details. 

Sources reveal that the film is based on the great freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narsimha Reddy and the recce of the shoot locations are currently underway. 

The Chiranjeevi starrer will have an official launch in April.
