Actress-entrepreneur Tara Sharma’s talk show with a view to bringing about positive change – The Tara Sharma Show has crossed over 2 million views on YouTube.The show’s creator-writer-co-producer-host is elated with the fabulous response the show has generated and she is really enjoying the entire process of creating the show. 

Season 4 of the show witnessed popular celebrities from all walks of life including cricketer Virat Kohli, Aamir Khan with wife Kiran Rao, John Abraham Riteish Deshmukh and Sonam among several others discussing topical family, parenting, women and children’s issues with a view to helping bring about positive change. Tara is glad that the show has become a credible platform to discuss these issues and help create awareness for various causes. The tone of the show is non patronising and non judgemental. 

Tara says excitedly, “Our YouTube channel has crossed 2 million views all organically! Still a long way to go but this of course gives us the encouragement to persevere and get better. Boxing champion Vijender Singh is not just impressed by Sonu Sood’s acting prowess but also by his chiseled physique and dedicated fitness regime that makes him one of the fittest actors of Bollywood.While Vijender swears by Sonu’s fitness and flexibility, he would like to see the versatile actor reliving his journey in his biopic if it was to be made. At a recent sports award ceremony, Vijender said, “Sonu Sood is one of the fittest actors. We've seen actors playing boxers before but it's not easy to pull it off. Sonu is apt to play me on the big screen because he's fit and flexible.”

Katrina Kaif takes on the planche

Katrina Kaif who is currently shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai in chilly Austria, is not letting the challenging weather interrupt her fitness regime. The actress who is completely dedicated when it comes to training ,has flown her trainer Reza Katani to Austria , to ensure she doesn't miss a single day of working out. 

While the team is shooting in the mountains at 1,400ft above sea level,without access to a gym or proper workout equipment, Reza is training Katrina in the planche - an advanced bodyweight technique  in which the body is held parallel to the ground by only the hands. Says a source,  "Katrina will have some challenging action scenes in Tiger Zinda Hai which will require a great amount of strength and balance. She is learning the planche as it only involves using one's body weight and also works the entire body out minus the use of equipment. It is an extremely difficult move, which very few are able to master".

In support of the same, Ananya has just dropped a brand new Music Video on her VEVO channel. The music video has crossed 1.5 million viewsin a span of 3 days! 

The videoadds a new look to the phenomenal remix. From underwater shots in extreme climatic conditions to the use of realistic props, the video depicts a surreal feel through scenic locations of Goa with high end technology and anamorphic lenses.
