Amrita Singh to play a school principal in Irrfan Khan starrer Hindi Medium

Powerful actress, Amrita Singh will be seen in Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar starrer Hindi Medium essaying the role of a school principal!Director Saket Chaudhary says,” The principal’s character signifies authority, a woman who builds the future of children, and Amrita Singh has the quality to intimidate. She’s dressed in sarees that were carefully chosen to emphasize that she has taste and that lend her an air of authority.”Interestingly, the school portions shown in the film were shot in Amrita’s alma mater, Modern School, in Delhi. She was the one who suggested it and was happy to go back to school. 

Hindi Medium sees Irrfan khan in the role of a rich Punjabi businessman and clothes store owner from Chandni Chowk who along with his wife is eager to be accepted in the Capital’s elite circles. 

Produced by Dinesh Vijan and Bhushan Kumar, Hindi Medium is all set to release on 12th May 2017.

अनुष्का शर्मा के लिए शिल्पी पॉल का पहला गीत

रायपुर की रहनेवाली शिल्पी पॉल इस मायने में भाग्यशाली है कि बॉलीवुड में बतौर प्लेबैक सिंगर फिल्म फिल्लौरी का उनका पहला गाना नॉटी बिल्लो अनुष्का शर्मा पर फिल्माया गया है। फिल्लौरी २४ मार्च को रिलीज़ हो गयी है । शिल्पी पॉल ने कई रियलिटी शो सारेगामापा और भारत की शान में हिस्सा लिया था। शिल्पी ने पुरे विश्व में ललित पंडित, उषा उथुप और जावेद अली के साथ शोज किये हैं। दबंग चैनल के म्यूजिकल रियलिटी शो सुरों के दबंग की विजेता शिल्पी अपने पहले गाने को लेकर बहुत खुश हैं।

'Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana’ Music Launched At A Grand Event

The music of upcoming family entertainer ‘Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana’, which has been produced by TP Aggarwal and Rahul Aggarwal and written and directed by Manish Harishankar, was launched at a grand event at a plush venue last evening. 

Among those who attended the event were Vivaan Shah, Gurmeet Choudhary, Kavitta Verma, writer and director Manish Harishankar, producers TP Aggarwal and Rahul Aggarwal and singers Sukhwinder, Malini Awasthi, Ankit Tiwari, Mohd. Irfan, Mohit Lalwani along with composers Vipin Patwa, Revant –Siddharth and Arko, who performed on the mesmerizing music of the film. As the film is blessed with melodious and memorable music, whether it be the foot-tapping title track or the youthful ‘Bezuban’ or ‘Rishta’, which has an old world-charm of its own or the humorous ‘Mano Ya Na Mano’, the live performances were welcomed and enjoyed by everyone who was at the event. 

Apart from the aforesaid attendees, also present were members of IMPPA along with prominent industry people like Jayantilal Gada, Ashoke Pandit, Suparn Sen, Mr. Benoit, Sushma Shiromani, Yogesh Lakhani, N. R. Pachisia, Ganesh Jain, Suresh Mishra, R C Garg, Shahid Khan, Milind Dabke and distributor Sunny Khanna. 

Manish Harishankar was congratulated by everyone including actors Sanjay Mishra, Suhasini Mulay, Ravi Kishan and Kishori Shahane while host Siddharth Kannan ensured that everyone shook a leg on the stage and enjoyed the evening. 

Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laaddoo Deewana’ stars Akshara Haasan, Vivaan Shah, Gurmeet Choudhary and Kavitta Verma, who play pivotal roles in the film. Written and directed by Manish Harishankar and produced by TP Aggarwal and Rahul Aggarwal under the banner Star Entertainment Worldwide Pvt Ltd. The movie also features Saurabh Shukla, Sanjay Mishra, Darshan Jariwala, Ravi Kishan, Suhasini Mulay, Navni Parihar, Kishori Shahane, Jyoti Kalsh and Ehsan Khan. This film is a family entertainer which revolves around a royal marriage and quirky characters, who are hilariously trapped in their own tragedies. 

'Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laaddoo Deewana’ is slated to release on April 7 this year.
