The Kushal Tandon, Jennifer Winget and Aneri Vajani starrer Beyhadh has garnered immense popularity and praises for its thrilling storyline and phenomenal performances. Harshvardhan Kapoor who is fast becoming quite the style icon, recently chopped his long hair for the next schedule of Bhavesh Joshi.Harsh, who had grown quite fond of his long tresses , had to cut them off after painstakingly looking after them , for Vikramaditya Motwane's vigilante drama.And while most would be relieved about going short in the summer, not to mention the look trending over social media with his fans raving, the actor reiterates that he never follows trends.Says Harsh, "I am not really into trends. I don't go looking for them. I really liked the long hair. The look was quite unique and different. I don't think about it so much though. The haircut is for my role in the upcoming film. I go with my directors' vision."

Arun Jaitley , union Minister of corporate affairs, finance and Defence will release Gender Parity Index specific to India in the formal sector during the 33rd Annual Session of FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO)   to be held here on April 14, 2017. 

“The main aim of developing  Gender Parity Index commissioned jointly by FLO and FICCI is to evaluate gender diversity and empowerment of women in the formal sector and the progress made over the years. The Index will serve as  framework for measuring gender parity and produce an overall score of an organisation and reflect it on the index. “ said Ms Vinita Bimbhet, President FICCI ladies Organisation (FLO) .

Katrina Kaif to go through combat training for Tiger Zinda Hai

While Katrina Kaif is no stranger to strenuous workout regimes and has even undergone major training and action workshops for her films before , the star will soon train extensively in combat training for her role in Tiger Zinda Hai.Though Katrina has already trained in a few forms of action albeit the basics for Ek Tha Tiger and Phantom before, she will be performing her own stunts for Tiger Zinda Hai,,or which she returns to training in hand to hand combat and other fight forms.The star who is currently shooting for a huge musical song for Jagga Jasoos, will start her training by the 20th of this month, as she will be performing some hi-octane action.
