Sushant Singh Rajput undergoes training in Bangkok for his next

With massive anticipation surrounding his upcoming film Raabta, Sushant Singh Rajput hopes his hard work pays off – The star went all out for the film and even took a 3 week sabbatical to train in Bangkok ,where he studied gymnastics and underwent advanced weapon training for his role in the film.Sources reveal that in the flashback sequences in the movie, Sushant plays a character known for his fighting skills and director Dinesh Vijan wanted the introduction sequence to be larger-than-life and have complex choreography. Adds the source, “ Sushant had to confront an army of 10 men on a long, 6 foot strip of land in the middle of the river . The scene had to justify the reputation of his character of being the best skilled fighter and hence had very challenging stunts and choreography. On the day of the shoot infact it rained heavily and the water submerged the strip of land. However, instead of calling the shoot off the team decided to go ahead and shoot”.Says Sushant, “We went ahead with the shoot, maybe because we were confident of my preparation (smiles). In fact, we finished before the stipulated time. That is one of the most interesting sequences of the film.”

Eklavya to be trapped in a bottle by an evil spirit

BIG Magic’s magnum opus mythological show Shaurya Veer Eklavya Ki Gatha been appreciated among the masses for its enthralling concept. The umpteen twists and turns in the track make the storyline more interesting. In the upcoming episode of the show we will get to see Eklavya being trapped by the evil spirit and how bravely he fights back.A source close to the production house informs us about the forthcoming track line, “Eklavya gets to another trip where he finds an antic magical lamp. Blown by the beauty of the lamp, Eklavya rubs the lamp and a spirit comes out of it who requests the little brave boy to wish for the things that he wants to see coming true in his life. Out of which the spirit would grant 3 of his desires.”“Eklavya refuses to wish for anything and in anger the spirit turns out to be an evil and wants to take revenge from Eklavya and his clan. With his evil motive, the spirit traps Eklavya in the bottle” concludes the source.

Iconic Indian Mughal Sword locked for Sony Entertainment Television’s Pehredaar Piya Ki

Television shows or cinema is not about having a concept and getting the work done. Apart from locking the cast, every detail is taken into consideration ranging from sets, venue, costumes, props etc. Sony Entertainment Television’s upcoming unusual love story Pehredaar Piya Ki has done just that in an impressive manner. 

Ratan’s character is someone who is a child but royal in his lifestyle and appearance. To complete the look and bring out the character, the production team did an in depth research on shields and swords for the show to give that grandeur look and feel for the viewers. 

A source from the production reveals, “Jaipur, Udaipur, and Sirohi are the main centers for making swords and shields and these weapons play a vital role in royal families. During the shoot, about 250 swords were scrutinized before zeroing in on one. The creative team finally shortlisted the Indian Mughal silver work sword with Damascus blade with semi-precious stone, designed by expert craftsmen, which will be seen throughout the show.” 

Pehredaar Piya Ki is the story of an unusual marriage between a 9 year old boy, Ratan Harshvardhan Singh (played by Afaan Khan) and an 18 years old girl, Diya (played by Tejasswi Wayangankar). Diya sacrifices her own dreams and gets married to Ratan to be his protector.  

The cast is currently shooting in the part of Mandawa which is a part of the Shekhawati region.
