Here’s What Went Behind Creating Emraan Hashmi’s Look In Baadshaho

Trust Milan Luthria to surprise Emraan Hashmi's fans with a distinct look in each of their films together, be it Once Upon A Time or The Dirty Picture. And his look in the upcoming Baadshaho too is something that will take the audience by surprise.
Emraan's character is a vagabond, street smart Rajasthani who has a penchant for taking clothes and accessories from foreign tourists. And hence his look in the film is a combination of boots, chaps styled trousers, a heart shaped buckle & sleeveless T-shirts with quirky one liners and sleeveless denim jackets. Not just that, he had to vigorously work out for three months to get into shape for his ripped look in the film!
Since he plays a funky twisted character, the designing team nicknamed him "the guns and roses badass" As far his hairstyle is concerned, Milan went one step further than OUATIM and TDP in consultation with his regular collaborator and Bollywood's ace celeb stylist Aalim Hakim, and came up with this hairstyle after nine look tests!

Well, the hard work has really paid off as fans are really loving Emraan’s badass look in the recently released teasers and posters that went viral.

50 GOONS ASSAULT FSS & AMU PRESIDENT PREM SINGH THAKUR AT FWICE COMPOUND

Prem Singh Thakur, President of the Film & Studio Setting Allied Mazdoor Union (FSS&AMU) was assaulted in the compound of the FWICE office, allegedly by 50 goons including a woman  allegedly associated with MLA Ram Kadam, says a FWICE complaint. The representatives of 22 film bodies including Raja Firoz Khan – Senior Vice Chairman, Junior Artistes' Association; Zahid Shaikh – Joint Secretary, FWICE and President of Cine Dancers’ Assocation; Khalid Khan – General Secretary, Film Studio Setting & Allied Mazdoor Union; Mahesh Aane – General Secretary, Western India Cinematographers' Association: Prem  Singh Thakur – Chairman, Film Studio Setting and Allied Mazdoor Union; Navin Shetty - Vigilance Chairman, FWICE; Chand Shaikh - Joint Secretary 1st, Allied Majdoor Union; and Wasim Qureshi - Committee Member, Cine Agents Combine.
The assailants arrived at around 3.30 pm in around 15 vehicles and were apparently waiting for Prem Singh Thakur to emerge to intimidate and assault him. The incident was captured on CCTV cameras of the surrounding offices, says an FWICE spokesperson. “They also attacked, threatened and abused Subhash Terekar, a mazdoor who was filming the incident and snatched his phone.”
FWICE says the incident is the latest in a series of violent intimidatory measures by Gangeshwarlal Shrivastav, a renegade, expelled by the FWICE for alleged corrupt practices and intimidating actions along with his cohorts.
“Despite losing several legal proceedings in various courts the aforesaid people have unlawfully retained control of the FSS & AMU offices and bank accounts due to the alleged political patronage of Ram Kadam, whom they have since appointed "CHAIRMAN" of their faction. Since then they have, through sheer brute force, managed to intimidate workers, and retain possession of the office and bank accounts from which crores has been allegedly embezzled.

“They have also attempted political interference to influence officials at the Trade Union office and the police force to harass the legal union of the workers led by President Prem Singh Thakur and Gen. Secretary Khalid Khan,” said the spokesperson.

Nikhil Sinha’s VFX institute inaugurated by Gautam Rode and Karanveer Bohra

Successful producer Nikhil Sinha has been the force behind some of the most inspiring television shows including ‘Siya Ke Ram’ and ‘Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev’. Now, Nikhil has added a new feather to his cap. The visual effects company that he owns titled Vertex Volt has been directly involved in the visual effects of many popular shows on Indian television. Besides shows for Triangle Films, company has done the visual effects for shows like ‘Mahakumbh’, ‘Shapath,Chandranandini’, ‘Naagarjun’, ‘Devon Ka Dev Mahadev’, ‘Hatim, Siya Ke Ram’, ‘Prem Ya Paheli Chandrakanta’ and many more.
Speaking about the venture Nikhil says, “We started this company in 2011 when we started with ‘Mahadev’.  As a technical person, I have been always inclined towards visual arts and effects. Also, I personally make shows which have a lot of VFX. I am someone who always tries to give something new to the industry. And when you work on shows which have loads of VFX, you understand your need more.”
Now the producer has gone ahead and launched a VFX institute as a way of promoting the quality of visual effects in TV shows and films. And to launch the institute, actors Gautam Rode and Karanveer Bohra joined Nikhil. Talking about the venture, he says, “I feel so good about this. All my other work kept aside, this project was my dream, and it gives me immense satisfaction. Sharing your knowledge through the process of education gives one that satisfaction which is more than happiness.”
About the institute and his future plans, Nikhil says, “My plan is to open almost twenty centres in coming three years. The reason behind choosing Ahmedabad was that we wanted to choose a center where education is always available. Next, we are planning institutes in Baroda and Lucknow. Our aim is to provide education on visual effects because the field is not as developed in India. This is a more of a skill-based education, not that typical theoretical education. It is hands-on education which will be important for the students when they enter the practical field. We will also open centers in Mumbai, Delhi and other metropolitan cities after we expand in other B-towns.”
Nikhil has partnered with Hardik Gajjar for the venture. About Hardik, he says, “Hardik is my partner in the Vertex. We have known each other since six years, from the time of the show ‘Devon Ka Devon Mahadev’. We started the company Vertex VFX Studios and are both very passionate people. We are always on the lookout for new technology, new trends and designs. So, four years back, we decided that this education should be distributed all over. Thus we opened this training centre where we could train young talent for the industry. Besides that, Hardik has 18 years of experience in the VFX field.”

Well, we are glad that the duo is pursuing their dream and spreading knowledge along the way. Way to go, Nikhil and Hardik!
