Daisy Shah launched hair products of Luxliss Professional in the capital

Daisy Shah was recently seen in the capital in India’s largest beauty and spa expo 2017. In it, she launched two hair products of Luxliss Professional named – Argan oil series and moisture dry scalp series. On being asked about her views on the product, she said, “It’s one stop shop. It does wonders and I am glad they launched it here.”
On being asked about the usefulness of the product, she said, “Be it a male or female, hair is a priced possession for all. I follow the basic routine. I am not a person who takes extra care of their skin and hair. Nowadays people are extra alert and conscious towards their looks and they try and take care of their hair and body, but earlier the scenario was different. Still, there is a less population who is aware of the fitness regimes. I feel everything is inside out. The healthier you eat the best will be the outputs. Vegetarians do not get enough protein which is a known fact, thus we have products like luxliss. They nourish your hair with the required protein that you need for your hair.”
On being asked about her fit and improved avatar, Daisy said, “I feel that criticism if taken in a positive way is good for our own, that is what derived me from working on myself. And if I am looking good now and getting the compliments then it’s all worth it."  Daisy also shared with us her fitness mantra and said, “My fitness mantra was being consistent, as there comes a time when you hit a mode where you tend to give up and start eating. But I guess, I have been very consistent with my workout. I don’t diet, but I eat right which has worked.”

Luxliss argan oil series which is developed with a magic formula contains a kind of natural golden liquid- Moroccan Oil and is extracted from the kernels of Argan tree that is rich in vitamin E, antioxidants, omega-6 and omega-9 to penetrate into every hair and give the most luxury hair-care experience. Moreover, moisture dry scalp series is a blend of precious argan oil which instantly penetrates the hair shaft to restore shine and softness while strengthening. The formula is free of sulfates and repairs chemically damaged hair.

Band of Boys' Karan Oberoi makes his film debut with home production Strawberry Point

Singer-actor Karan Oberoi recent produced a film called Strawberry Point and says that it was the story of the movie which convinced him to come on board. "What is so special about the film is that it has a unique script. It's a single character suspense thriller that is a page turner and keeps you on the edge. I promise who ever watches the film will be guessing throughout. There are only 14 such films in the world, including Steven Spielberg's first called The Duel," says Karan, who is even acting in the film.
Karan has produced the film with director Prabal Barua and others. Talking about the film, he says, "I am one of the co-producers of the film along with Prabal Baruah. There are two more companies involved called Dream Machine and Orion Entertainment. It is a bilingual film and has been made in Hindi and English. The English version has been shot as a separate film for international release . Hope it makes India proud at the various festivals and forums where we intend to take it. We are also looking at a commercial release."
Karan shot the film in Mumbai and Panchgani and says that acting and producing was a tough balance. "Producing and acting this film was one of the toughest journeys I have ever undertaken in this business. This was true for for many reasons. I have produced and acted before but the difference here was that this was not an easy film to pull off as an actor. There were a lot of rehearsals that went with it. Plus there was a huge pre-production exercise to make sure everything was just right in terms of the look and feel of the film. It had to be completed in the budget that we had allocated for it," he says.
Interestingly, this is the first film that Karan has acted in and says that he wasn't getting his kind of work in Bollywood. "I am a very passionate human being. I can't do anything for the sake of doing it. Whatever little work I have done in the past, has had a distinct 'me' quality written all over it and I feel quite proud to have been part of those projects. In this film, I was blown by the script. It was like a novel that I could not put down. The director was someone I knew and was confident he could pull this off. So, for me, this was a dream role and totally worth the wait. I just saw the first cut a few days back and am thrilled to bits that this film has turned out way better than I had expected," says Karan, who was last seen in the show Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin.
"After Jassi, I got busy with my music band called Band of Boys and we started doing concerts in various parts of the world. And to be honest, I could not relate to a lot of content that was being created in the TV world. So I chose to wait it out and only come on board when I believed in something," he says.

Ask him which one does he love more acting or singing and he says, " I love being a complete performer . I don't want to be someone who can either sing or act. I want to be the best at what I do. I have to be a flawless singer and a critically acclaimed actor and not fall short in either . Since I don't drink , smoke or have any vices. For me, my biggest high comes from live performances in front of huge audiences."

Why Spider-Man will always be my Superhero? By Tiger Shroff

As a kid, certain things become etched in our memory. Spider- Man is one of them. I remember being overawed by this socially awkward, amazingly agile and very human super-hero character, who no one gave a second look as Peter Parker. A young boy raring to go, willing to push the limits and not give up come what may, Spider-Man was not just aspirational but very real. That’s why I have grown up loving him and dream of playing the role as part of my cinematic journey. My dream came half-true when I got a chance to dub for Spider-Man in Hindi for Spider-Man: Homecoming.

This Friday, when the film releases, I hope you see what I saw in this family entertainer,  apart from its jaw-dropping action sequences, humour and drama, the story of a high-schooler itching to wear the big boots to take on massively formidable villains, as he risks it all. A hero excitedly waiting for his turn to join the big boys club of superheroes and willing to go to any length to prove himself. The movie reminded me of my own journey as well, as I am pushing boundaries, taking up new and bigger challenges that will help me hone my craft and enable me to get ready for the exciting journey that lies ahead. After all, there is a little Spidey in all of us!

When Dino met Depp

When Dino Morea went to London for a holiday, he had not envisaged that he would be meeting Johnny Depp and having a fun time. Says Dino, “Johnny Depp, his career, his style, his acting, all of it have me absolutely star-stuck. Whether be it television 21 Jump Street or his films, I simply love him.” Dino feels that Johnny Depp infuses something different into every single character he essays and admits he loves most of them. “Fear and Loathing, Blow, Donnie Brasco, Pirtaes of The Caribbean, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory… there is something new in every character, whether it is the look, the nuances, the speech – he never ceases to amaze me. The experience has left an indelible mark in Dino’s heart, “Those couple of hours are something that I would always cherish.” We spoke about so many different fun life experiences, movies, characters… I could go on and on… Honestly, he is a mega star, but so chilled and down-to-earth.”
What about the future? Is there a film in store?

“I didn’t even think I’ll be meeting him. I did. Anything can happen in the future. One never knows.”
