Vinay Pathak starring ''Dark Brew'' VIP screening held in Delhi

The very known actor of Bollywood industry,  known for his tremendous acting Vinay Pathak was recently in Nation's Capital for the VIP Screening of his movie Dark Brew. The premiere of the movie took place in PVR Saket, New Delhi. Along with Vinay, the two lady leads Sheetal Thakur & Shibani Bedi were also present for the premiere. 

While in the screening Vinay interacted with media peeps as well and seemed really excited for the same, he shared his experience while working for the movie and the uniqueness of Dark Brew. According to Vinay, this movie will be showcased in TataSky and Youtube.

Directed by Akash Goila, and produced by Warewolf Films, Dark Brew is based on the Genre of dark humor and the story of the movie revolves around the protagonist’s dilemma which starts from a dream. The protagonist (Vinay Pathak) visualizes in his dream that his wife has caught him two timing with another female.

In the dream, he also learns that his wife has plotted to kill him in the process. And when he wakes up, he realizes that he is still alive. The impact of the dream is so effective that he starts believing firmly that his wife will actually kill him.

Preetisheel Singh reveals how she designs looks for movies like Padmavati

National award-winning make-up and prosthetics artiste Preetisheel Singh, who is working on Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone's looks in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's much-awaited period drama Padmavati, says she is trying to do something different with the looks in the film. "Padmavati is set during the 12th century, and we don’t have paintings from that era from where we can take references,” she said in an interview to Scroll.in. So Preetisheel has gone ahead and photoshoped  ideas before putting them into practice. She says, though it is an imaginative and time-consuming process, it's not very difficult for her as she always tries to make the actor don a look that he or she hasn’t had before. Now anyone who knows even a little bit about Preetisheel would agree to that. After all, she has made a lot of heads turn with her work for actors in more than 15 movies including Bajirao Mastani, Rangoon, Brothers, Mom, Haider, Parched, Hawaizaada, Shivaay, Talwar, Housefull 3, Ghayal Once Again, Finding Fanny, the Tamil film 24 as well as the pre-Mughal historical epic Nanak Shah Fakir for which she won the 'National Film Award for Best Make-Up'.Soon her work will also be seen in awaited movies like Umesh Shukla's 102 Not Out, Vikramaditya Motwane's Bhavesh Joshi and Sunny Deol's Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas. 

“Besides providing services for any makeup related demands under one roof, my main motto is to provide quality makeup” she adds in the Scroll interview. That is also the reason why she has launched 'Da Makeup Lab' a special effects makeup studio, which caters to prosthetics, body painting, tattoo work and character designing. 

“Prosthetic has a lot of parts involved in it,” she explains. “You first take the life cast of the actor in 3D measurement after which you sculpt and make moulds, running silicon pieces in it. The silicon pieces are then applied on the actor and are merged with the actor’s skin so that it doesn’t look artificial. So tomorrow if a filmmaker comes up and has the requirement for an alien creature, we can do it.”

Asha Bhosle's granddaughter Zanai Bhosle turns entrepreneur with iAzure

The Mangeshkar family best known for its musical genes, believes in philanthrophy and run the huge Master Dinananth Mangeshkar Charitable Hospital in Pune, besides other social causes. The Gen X of the family, besides dabbling in music, are successful enterpreneurs.

Following Asha's, the highly successful overseas restaurant chain, named after Asha Bhosle, comes the latest venture from Zanai Bhosle, the youngest enterpreneur of the family. Zanai Bhosle has launched her first Apple Authorized Reseller Store, iAzure, in Hill Road, Bandra. Zanai and her twin brother Ranjai Bhosle, both students of the prestigious Swiss Boarding School, La Rosey, were present at the event along with proud parents Anand and Anuja Bhosle. Zanai, an avid Apple user, is the brain behind the Apple tie-up venture while Ranjai Bhosle, the silent of the two is busy developing an app. 

 "My grandma (Asha Bhosle) uses Apple as much as I do. Hence when I suggested that we should tie up with the technology of the future, she was equally keen," says Zanai Bhosle who learns both Classical and Light Music from Asha Bhosle.

"We are a musical family and the grandchildren like to keep up with the technology. Hence I supported Zanai and Ranjai's thought and venture. They have the zest and energy." adds proud grandmother Asha Bhosle.

Young Zanai has performed with Asha Bhosle from the time she was 10 years of age. She has appeared in music videos, sung for film soundtrack and was recognized by GIMA with the New Upcoming Star Award (NUSA), and her last song with the 6-Pack Band, received recognition at Cannes, France.

The Apple Store launch by the grandmother-granddaughter duo, Asha Bhosle and Zanai Bhosle was attended by Raj Thackeray, Shankar Mahadevan, Hariharan, Jackie Shroff, Rashmi Thackeray, Shalini Thackeray, Rishi Kapoor, Soni Razdan, Shamir Tandon, Ashish Shelar, Suresh and Padma Wadkar, Subhash Ghai, Poonam Dhillon, sisters Padmini Kolhapure, Tejaswini Kolhapure, Usha Mangeshkar, Adinath Mangeshkar, Chintoo Bhosle, Anjali Tendulkar, Sara Tendulkar, Talat Aziz, Yogesh Lakhani and a horde of others. The family of Asha Bhosle, Anand and Anuja Bhosle, and siblings Zanai and Ranjhai Bhosle personally received the guests.

The sweetest gesture probably was from Raj Thackeray who fondly purchased an Apple watch and ensured that Asha Bhosle wore it by securing it around her wrist himself.

Pehredaar Piya Ki – An exceptional fictional story of a courageous girl

Pehredaar Piya Ki narrates one-of-a-kind tale of Diya (played by Tejasswi Prakash) who breaks the shackles of a monotonous thought; ‘man of the house’ always being the defender and reverses the role. It's a fictional story revolving around an 18-year old Diya who willingly marries a 9-year old orphan Rajput boy Ratan Singh (played by Affan Khan) with the only aim of protecting him from all the life-threatening dangers he faces from within his family owing to him being the rightful heir of the family’s empire.  

Diya takes the decision partly as a return of gratitude towards late Maan Singh (Ratan Singh's father played by Parmeet Sethi) who had once saved her from death and also to protect Ratan Singh who consistently faces death threats from his own family members. It’s a symbolic marriage which as per late Maan Singh’s last wish will be legalised only when the boy turns 21.  

The show has Ratan Singh's family tormenting Diya as they know Diya has been safeguarding Ratan from all dangers and want her to break all ties with Ratan and his family. The family knows without this marriage, Diya cannot by any stretch of imagination have any authority to protect the orphan Rajput. Furthermore, the family members have also gone on to the extent of hosting ceremonies like Suhaag-raat and honeymoon to further humiliate Diya. However, Diya has faced all the challenges keeping her head high and has always shown signs of never giving up on safeguarding or protecting Ratan in his most difficult times. 

The story effectively breaks the stereotype of society that only men can be women's protector and presents a heroine who not only protects her orphaned husband but also her own dignity.

करण ओबेरॉय का पहला किस पहला फिल्म डेब्यू 

एक्टर-सिंगर करण ओबेरॉय के लिए यह डेब्यू का मौसम है।  वह पहली बार फिल्म डेब्यू करने जा रहे हैं।  वह टीवी सीरियलों में वापसी कर रहे हैं।  सबसे दिलचस्प यह कि ऑन स्क्रीन वह पहला चुम्बन लेते हुए भी दिखाई देंगे।  बैंड ऑफ़ बॉयज के एक बॉय करण ओबेरॉय सिंगर हैं।  वह जस्सी जैसी कोई नहीं जैसे मशहूर सीरियल कर चुके हैं।  उनकी बतौर अभिनेता पहली हिंदी फिल्म स्ट्रॉबेरी पॉइंट के वह निर्माता भी हैं।  वह छोटे परदे पर वापसी भी कर रहे हैं।  अपने म्यूजिक वीडियो रात काली के लिए उन्हें बोल्ड सीन करने पड़े हैं।  इसके वीडियो में वह गर्मागर्म चुम्बन दृश्य करते नज़र आएंगे।  लेकिन, यह चुम्बन करण का पहला चुम्बन तो होगा, लेकिन इकलौता नहीं होगा।  वह वेब सीरीज इनसाइड  एज में अभिनेत्री ऋचा चड्डा को चूमते नज़र आएंगे।  अपने पहले ऑन स्क्रीन किस के बारे में करण ओबेरॉय कहते हैं, "यह कैमरा के सामने मेरा पहला किस था, मैं काफी नर्वस था।   पूरी यूनिट के सामने चुम्बन सहज नहीं होता।  मैं मानता हूँ कि प्यार करना एक निजी मामला है। "

फिल्म 'स्निफ' का गीत 'नाक'  

ट्रिनिटी पिक्चर्स की पहली फ्रैंचाइज़ी फिल्म स्निफ का पहला गाना नाक लाँच किया गया । तारे जमीन पर, हवाहवाई और स्टेनले का डब्बा जैसी बेहतरीन फिल्मों का निर्माण करने वाले अमोल गुप्ते की यह फिल्म स्पाय-सुपरहिरो फिल्म है । फिल्म में ८ वर्ष के बच्चे सनी गिल में सुंघने की सुपरपॉवर्स हैं। वह इसके ज़रिये आम लोगों की मदद करता है।  फिल्म स्निफ में सनी गिल का किरदार खुशमीत गिल कर रहे हैं । ध्यान रहे कि अमोल गुप्ते ने इस नाक गाने लिखा और गाया भी हैं। इस गाने के लाँच के मौके पर पर अमोल गप्ते ने संगीतकार मुजतबा अजीज नाझा के साथ इसे लाइव गाया। अमोल कहतें हैं, “इस गाने को बनाने की प्रक्रिया इतनी मजेदार थी कि मैंने यह गाना खुद गाने का निर्णय लिया। मुझे बच्चों के साथ काम करना बहुत पसंद हैं। उनकी मासूमियत मुझे भाती हैं। बच्चे मुझसे नहीं, बल्कि मैं बच्चों से काफी सीखता हूँ।“ यह फिल्म दुनियाभर के सिनेमाघरों में 25 अगस्त को रिलीज होने जा रही हैं।  

पंजाब में होगी आलिया और विक्की की शूटिंग 
क्या हो अगर बद्रीनाथ की दुल्हनिया मसान हीरो के साथ राजी हो जाए।  जी हाँ, इस राजी होने का परिणाम फिल्म राज़ी होगी।  दुल्हनिया सीरीज की फिल्मों की नायिका आलिया भट्ट मसान फिल्म के हीरो विक्की कौशल के साथ फिल्म करने के लिए राजी हो गई हैं। यह दोनों मेघना गुलजार की फिल्म राज़ी में मुख्य भूमिका में नज़र आएंगे। विक्की कौशल इस वक्त राजकुमार हिरानी की संजय दत्त पर बायोपिक की शूटिंग में व्यस्त हैं। राजी का पहला शेड्यूल पंजाब में जुलाई के अंत में शुरू होने की उम्मीद है। लेकिन, विक्की अगस्त में टीम में शामिल हो पायेंगे। विक्की कौशल बॉलीवुड के प्रतिष्ठित एक्शन डायरेक्टर शाम कौशल के बेटे हैं। राज़ी के निर्माता जंगली पिक्चर्स और धर्मा प्रोडक्शंस हैं। फिल्म की तमाम शूटिंग पंजाब के अलावा कश्मीर और मुंबई में होगी । फिल्म में आलिया भट्ट एक ऐसी कश्मीरी लड़की की भूमिका में नजर आयेंगी, जिसकी शादी एक ऐसे पाकिस्तानी सेना अधिकारी (विक्की कौशल द्वारा अभिनीत) से हो जाती है जो १९७१ के भारत-पाक युद्ध के दौरान भारतीय खुफिया एजेंसियों को बहुमूल्य जानकारी प्रदान करता था ।

भोजपुरी फिल्मों की स्ट्रगलिंग एक्ट्रेस बनी श्रद्धा दास 
श्रद्धा दास तमिल, तेलुगु। मलयालम और कन्नड़ फिल्म दर्शकों के लिए काफी जाना पहचाना चेहरा है।  इस लिहाज़ से श्रद्धा दास की हिंदी फिल्मों में वह पहचान नहीं और भोजपुरी फिल्मों में तो बिलकुल भी नहीं।  श्रद्धा दास इस कमी को पूरा कर रही हैं एक फिल्म के ज़रिये।  इस समय विवादों से घिरी नवाज़ुद्दीन सिद्दीक़ी की फिल्म बाबूमोशाय बन्दूकबाज़ में श्रद्धा दास एक स्ट्रगलिंग भोजपुरी एक्ट्रेस का किरदार कर रही हैं।  फिल्म में श्रद्धा ने चमक धमक वाली रंगीन पोशाकें और भारी जेवर पहने हैं। उनके तमाम संवाद काफी लाउड हैं।  इस लिए श्रद्धा अपनी दूसरी तमाम फिल्मों से अलग जोर जोर से संवाद बोलते नज़र आएँगी।  श्रद्धा दास फिल्म में भोजपुरी एक्ट्रेस बनी हैं। उन्होंने अभी तक अपनी फिल्मों में तमिल, तेलुगु, कन्नड़ और मलयालम के अलावा हिंदी संवाद भी खुद बोले हैं।  भोजपुरी संवादों के लिए उन्होंने क्या किया ? बताते हैं श्रद्धा दास, "मैंने भोजपुरी सीखने और उच्चारण सही रखने के लिए ढेरों भोजपुरी फ़िल्में देखी हैं।  कुषाण नंदी निर्देशित बाबूमोशाय बन्दूकबाज़ २५ अगस्त को रिलीज़ हो रही हैं।  

सोनम कपूर और रिया कपूर का रेहसन ब्रांड न्यूयॉर्क में

कपूर बहने सोनम और रिया का कोई जवाब नहीं। रिया का फैशन ब्रांड रेहसन के टाइटल के साथ पॉपुलर हो चुका है।  इस ब्रांड का नाम रिया और सोनम के नाम को मिला कर रखा गया है।  यह दोनों बहने इस ब्रांड का प्रचार करने का कोई मौक़ा नहीं छोड़ती। आजकल सोनम कपूर ​संजय दत्त की ​बायोपिक के लिए न्यूयॉर्क में शूटिंग कर ​रही हैं। वही उनकी बहन रिया कपूर ​फिल्म विरे दी वेडिंग के लिए कपड़े ​डिजाइन कर रही है। रिया अब अपने ब्रांड ​रेहसनके अंतर्गत अगली ​लाइन रिलेक्सिस्तान ​ला रहीं है। यह लाइन रिलैक्स वर्कर कलेक्शन होगा । सोनम और रिया, ​डिजाइनों में कांटछांट तो कर ही रही हैं,  ​साथ ही साथ डिटेल्स और मॉडल​ की शॉर्टलिस्टिंग भी कर रही हैं। दोनों बहने जल्द ही​ न्यूयॉर्क ​में अपने नए ब्रांड के लिए शूट करेंगी । यह शूट इस आईडिया के साथ होगा कि जो​ महिलाये ​आराम से ​काम करती है और उनकी एक खास शैली होती हैं। इसके लिए न्यूयॉर्क एक परफेक्ट जगह है ​।
तीन फ्लॉप फ़िल्में देने वाली कृति खरबंदा 
बेंगलुरु की २०१५ की मोस्ट डिजायरेबल वुमन कृति खरबंदा पर बुरी बीती।  वह कन्नड़ फिल्मों की बेशक टॉप एक्ट्रेस हैं।  लेकिन, हिंदी फिल्मों में उनकी दाल नहीं गल रही।  उन्होंने २०१६ में हिट राज़ फ्रैंचाइज़ी की फ़िल्म राज़ रिबूट से हिंदी फिल्म डेब्यू किया था।  यह उनका फ्लॉप डेब्यू था।  इस साल तो उन पर ज़्यादा बुरी बीती।  उन्हें पहला बड़ा झटका लगा तमिल फिल्म ब्रूस ली से।  तमिल फिल्मों में उनका यह डेब्यू काफी बुरा रहा।  इसके बाद उनकी एक्टर विजय के साथ कन्नड़ फिल्म मास्ति गुड़ी भी असफल हुई।  उनको तीसरा झटका लगा हिंदी फिल्म गेस्ट इन लंदन से। लंदन में फिल्माई गई अश्विनी धीर की यह कॉमेडी फिल्म बॉक्स ऑफिस पर पानी तक नहीं मांग सकी। अब कृति खरबंदा इलाहबाद और लखनऊ के भरोसे हैं। विनोद बच्चन की फिल्म शादी में ज़रूर आना में दक्षिण की कृति हिंदी बेल्ट की लड़की के किरदार में हैं।  इसके लिए कृति ने अपनी हिंदी को खूब मांजा है। रत्ना सिन्हा निर्देशित इस पारिवारिक हास्य फिल्म शादी में ज़रूर आना में कृति के नायक राजकुमार राव हैं।  
विद्युत् जम्वाल बने रशेल के जंगली 
बॉलीवुड के कमांडो एक्टर विद्युत् जम्वाल अब जंगली बनने जा रहे हैं। जंगल में एक आदमी और उसके हाथी की इस कहानी वाली विद्युत् जम्वाल की फिल्म का निर्देशन हॉलीवुड में द मास्क, द स्कॉर्पियन किंग और इरेज़र जैसी फिल्मों के निर्देशक चक रशेल करेंगे। अपनी तमाम फिल्मों की परंपरा में विद्युत जम्वाल ने इस फिल्म में भी काफी साहसिक एक्शन किये हैं।  इस फिल्म में वह प्राचीन मार्शल आर्ट कलरीपायट्टु तो करेंगे ही, वह चार बियर बोतलों पर पुशअप का ऐसा हैरतअंगेज़ कारनामा भी करेंगे, जिसे दुनिया में कुछ लोग कर पाते हैं। यह पुशअप बड़ा घातक साबित हो सकता है, अगर बोतलें टूट जाये।  यह कारनामा बरसों तक मार्शल आर्ट्स का प्रशिक्षण लेने के बाद ही संभव हो सकता है।  

कभी शाहरुख़ खान का बेटा थी अहसास चानना !

वास्तु शास्त्र में सुष्मिता सेन के बेटे रोहन का किरदार करने के बाद अहसास चानना ने फिल्म कभी अलविदा न कहना फिल्म में शाहरुख़ खान और प्रीटी ज़िंटा के बेटे अर्जुन का किरदार किया । सीरियल कसम से में  गंगा और सीरियल गंगा में सलोनी का किरदार करने वाली अहसास चन्ना एक डिटेक्टिव सीरियल एजेंट राघव क्राइम ब्राँच के एक एपिसोड लेडी इन रेड में सेक्स वर्कर नैना के किरदार में नज़र आई।  आज अहसास १८ साल की हो गई।  उन्होंने इसका  ऐलान अपने ट्विटर अकाउंट में ज़ोर शोर से किया।  एक वेब मैगज़ीन ने अहसास के अति ग्लैमरस चित्र पोस्ट कर उन्हें जन्मदिन की बधाइयाँ दी।  इतनी सूंदर और सेक्सी अहसास बॉलीवुड में बतौर नायिका अपना सफल तय करना चाहती हैं।  इसके लिए वह कई स्क्रिप्ट पढ़ रही हैं। तो दर्शक तैयार हो जाये शाहरुख़ खान, प्रीटी ज़िंटा और सुष्मिता सेन के स्क्रीन बेटे अहसास के सेक्सी स्क्रीन डेब्यू का अहसास करने के लिए।
