Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya has been keeping the audiences hooked to their TV screens with its twists and turns. Ratan aka Rohit Suchanti and Diya aka Tejasswi Prakash’s love story mystery is taking its own churns and curls and in the midst of all this, Suyyash Rai aka Abhay Sa will make his way into the plot more like a ‘blast from the past’. While the two have maintained their romantic stand, the mystery man in the life of Diya arrives with a surprise making situation all numb and shocking for her.Turns out, 12 years ago, Diya and Abhay’s parents had promised for to them to get married when they grow up. ‘I prefer traditional and simple wedding rituals’, says Vikram Singh Chauhan

Indian weddings are known to be a grand affair with lavish preparations, elaborate rituals with lot of enthusiasm, exuberance, and extravagance. But Vikram Singh Chauhan aka Vyom thinks otherwise and believes in keeping it low key and simple.

Says Vikram, “Grand weddings are just not my cup of tea. These are good to watch on television but in real life I prefer keeping it as simple as possible. I am a very private person and I am not much of an exhibitionist and prefer having smaller traditional ceremonies with close family and friends. I think simplicity is the ultimate sophistication and we can enjoy these celebrations without being loud and over the top.”

The grand celebrations for Sharanya (Donal Bisht) and Vyom’s (Vikram Singh Chauhan) wedding is underway with great pomp and show. Everyone seems to be loving and enjoying the ceremonies, other than one person, which is Shiv (Namik Paul) in this case. He is not able to come to terms with Sharanya tying a knot with Vyom, and will go to any length to put a stop to this wedding.

Shiv, therefore, to disrupt these celebrations possess Vyom to take complete control of the situation. But will he be successful in stopping this wedding? Will this be an end to Vyom and Sharanya’s love story?

After enthralling audiences in India, Sridevi’s 300th film MOM will now release in 30 theatres across Russia under the title MAMA.

Megastar Sridevi, producer Boney Kapoor and their younger daughter Khushi were welcomed by the Indian Ambassador in Moscow Pankaj Saran as they arrived for the premiere of the film in the Russian capital.

The film premiered at a theatre packed with an audience of 400 Russian delegates and cinema aficionados and was received with a warm reception. The audience there continues to fondly remember Sridevi as shouts of “Chandni Chandni” echoed across the auditorium.

Says Sridevi, “It was overwhelming to witness the audience’s reaction to the film. It felt like I was watching it for the first time because there was so much energy in the room.”

Producer Boney Kapoor recalled how his cult film Mr.India directed by Shekhar Kapur released in Russia exactly 30 years ago and how the Hindi film industry’s bond with Russia continues to grow stronger.

Says Boney Kapoor,“It’s freezing right now, too cold to walk, but the locals are celebrating our cinema. While the influx of Hindi films had slowed down in the last few years, we seem to be back with a bang. This is the time for an Indo-Russian collaboration”

Ekta Kapoor celebrates the 1000th of yet another one of her hit shows

Having produced, directed and written some of the most iconic television shows that became and continue to become part of the Indian households, Ekta Kapoor has yet another engaging TV serial, Kumkum Bhagya that will be completing 1000 episodes on the 21st of December 2017 The Czarina of TV had arranged for a huge celebration to mark the 1000th episode of the hit TV show, which turned into a glamorous affair with Shabbir Ahluwalia, Karan Patel, Sriti Jha, DivyankaTripathi, Anita Hassanandani, Deepak Dhoopar and Krystal D'Souza on the coveted guest list. The bash was not only for the show’s success but also a celebration of Balaji Telefilms' massive contribution to entertainment that has impacted audiences on a cultural level. With Ekta’s foresight and creative inputs, the soap opera has become hugely popular with the viewers, being easily relatable  and given its contemporary treatment. The story began with Pragya (Sriti Jha) and Bulbul and their mother Sarla's hope to see them married, but as time went by, the show moved towards a love story angle between Pragya and a musician, Abhi (Shabbir Ahluwalia) .

The show has won maximum number of television awards such as the 10th Star Guild Awards for the Best Upcoming Drama Series, 10th Boroplus Gold Awards for Best TV Show of the Year and Zee Rishtey Awards for Favourite Dharavahik.

Vikram Bhatt's horror installment '1921' trailer gets 10 million views in a week

Horror is one of  the most loved genre in our country. And filmmaker Vikram Bhatt has always presented horror films which have always left the audience spooked.  And the trailer of his upcoming film 1921 too has set the expectations high.

The audience too is eagerly waiting to watch the film in theaters and that can be gauged from the views that the trailer has received.  Very few horror movies have received much love and gratitude from fans. With its unique storyline and periodic setting, the film has already created anticipation among the horror film fans in the country.

The 1921 trailer has received a whopping 10 Million views in a week's span and will see a massive growth in numbers in the next few days.

The film features Karan Kundrra in his first lead role along with Zareen Khan.
