I am excited to be part of Badho Bahu: Mridanjli Rawal

Actor Mridanjli Rawal, who is part of Dipti Kalwani's (Sunny Side Up), Teenna Swayyam, Sushant Kumar's (Hum Tum Telefilms) Badho Bahu, is thrilled to be in the show. This is her debut show and she is excited to be in it. “This is my first TV show. Before this, I have done ads and I am also doing theatre. Bhago is the name of my character. I am so excited to play this character. I am playing a thief,” she says.
She adds, “I am very thankful to our producer Dipti Kalwani and Hum Tum telefilms to make a special part of this amazing show.”
Mridanjli is from Haryana and playing a Haryanvi character comes naturally to her. “Haryana is my hometown. Haryanvi reminds me of my people. Playing a Haryanvi girl is super exciting and super fun. I am lucky that in my very first show, I get to speak with a Haryanvi accent. It was easy. For the first time, I was told that my character is inspired by Babli from the film Bunty Aur Babli, I was super excited. These characters are exciting and challenging at the same time. But it's super fun,” she says.

The actor is an avid follower of the show. “I have watched all the episodes of Badho Bahu in past. I love the story and the concept of the show, since its beginning. It revolves around Haryana. It's like being home,” she says.

I am open to doing reality show, would like to try all of them: Priyamvada Kant

Actor Priyamvada Kant, who is seen in Tenali Rama, wants to try her hand at a reality show now. The actor loves the format and says that they are interesting to be part of. “I’m open to doing them. I think they are a lot of fun and people get to see the real you. Dance, comedy, stunts, cooking I’d love to do it all,” she says.Ask her who her favourite dancer is, and she says, “Madhuri Dixit, she is timeless and the industry hasn’t seen a better dancer than her. She is graceful and her expressions are unparalleled.” There are a variety of reality shows on screen today like Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi. The actor says that she would love to try all of them. “I think Bigg Boss is very entertaining! And this year the contestants have proved that you don’t need to go so low for entertainment. Everyone’s played with tact and self-respect. It’s changed my opinion for the show, I would take up the offer,” she says, adding, “As far as Khatron ke Khiladi goes, I have done a version of Fear Factor for Pakistan, with Indian and Pakistani celebrities, which I won. So I’d definitely do Khatron Ke Khiladi!”

Thrilled to be part of Mahakaali: Liliput

Actor Liliput, who is currently playing the character of Apasmar Raakshas in Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s Mahakaali - Anth Hi Aarambh Hai, says that he is thrilled to be part of the show. Talking about his character, he says, “I am playing a negative role and my character fights with Lord Shiva. I am so happy to be part of this show,” he says.
This is the actor’s first mythological show. Talking about the differences in working style that he sees in films, theatre and TV, he says, “For an actor theatre, television, and films all are important. Theatre is considered more important because you get to see the output and results instantly while the other mediums show the results slowly. You need the appraisal from an audience and it's every actor's wish that the audience loves them,” he says.

The actor has been part of showbiz since a long time now and says that the industry has grown by leaps and bounds. “The industry has seen a lot of changes. Earlier work was done very honestly and with hard work but now it's just the quantity that matters and not the quality,” he says.

My mother’s blessings are always with me, miss her every minute of every day: Shashank Vyas

For actor Shashank Vyas, the start of every year has a special meaning. The first day of the New Year also happens to be his mother’s birthday. Even though his mother is no more, he makes sure to celebrate the day.
“I went to Siddhivinayak and then I went to Mahim Darga for praying on the first of January,” he says, adding, “My mother's blessings are always with me and I always miss my mother every minute of every day. She has always been with me and whatever I am today is just because of her blessings.”
Shashank has also ways maintained that his fans have also contributed to making him who he is today. He recently met an ardent fan and says that it was a lovely experience. “Meeting fans is always a wonderful feeling altogether. The girl's name is Sheetal and she knows me since my Balika Vadhu days. When a fan messages you repeatedly, you end up remembering their name. So I know her name and know everything about her because she sends me cards. She is more like my family. I was lucky to meet her. It's great to start your year, meeting your fans and getting so much of love and warmth from them,” he says.
The actor is also grateful for the love that he gets on social media. “It's good to be loved and appreciated. There are few critics and trolls also but I always focus on the positive side. I am too busy with people I love. It's really good to be liked as everyone wants love, warmth, appreciation, motivation. I feel very lucky,” he says.
In fact, Shashank says that his fans have continued to shower him with love, even when he is not on air. “This indicates that they are not only connected to my work but to me. They know me as a person, they know who I am. They even keep records of who I meet and where I am going and what I am doing. For me, I would love to give best to my craft and I would like to entertain more. I won't take up roles that I haven't done till now so that my fans see a new side of me. I am looking for nice, good and concrete work to come back on screen,” he says.
Shashank has a lot of goals for the following year. “As far as the career part is concerned, I will love to have a concrete show, as a solo lead protagonist. I am all set to deliver my best. I don't want to repeat my roles and characters. And in my personal life, I am working hard with on my body, working out hard in the gym. So Insha-Alla people will see a nice good me, a new Shashank altogether,” he says.
The actor also has some travelling plans. “I miss winters and that's the reason I am travelling because I don't want to miss winters anymore. I am going to Himachal Pradesh and Jammu in the month of February because of January, I am busy with some meetings,” he says.

Shashank also has a special message for his fans. “I would rather call them my blessings and I really want to thank them wholeheartedly for all the love they've shown. And I'd like to tell them that as much as I've worked hard to be here, their love has done an equally amazing job. Thank you all!” he says.

From dancing to poetry to musical skills, Ashish Sharma who plays Prithvi on the show will be taking an avatar which is like a never seen before look on Indian Television.
Ashish Sharma not only danced on the set with the choreographers making a grand entry but he also spent some quality time with the contestants as he dedicatedly follows the show. He was seen taking selfies with the contestants which showed the love he has for them and respects their talent.

He also had an interview with the super hosts where he revealed more about the show and his character. The judges were quite surprised with the kind of shows coming up which spreads knowledge and culture of our country. Ashish Sharma was highly praised for his acting and wished him for the show.
