Dancing to the wedding tunes

Indian weddings are incomplete without the hullabaloo of loud songs and dances. During the 90s, the celebrations were never restricted to the bride or groom’s party and the entire locality joined in the revelries. One of the most awaited moments was the arrival of the marriage party when everyone danced to their heart’s content! In the recent track of Sony Entertainment Television’s Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, Naina’s sister is getting married in an elaborate ceremony. All the actors are having a time of their life gorging on delicious food, getting dressed in bridal fineries and ornaments. When contacted Ashi confirmed, “I love to dance! It had been a long time that we were waiting to go for a wedding, so that we could dance in the baraat! With this track, all of us got to enjoy dancing to the hilt! Our assistant directors told us the way they wanted us to dance which we did and also improvised. In the frenzy of dancing, we forgot that we were shooting and got into the groove of things with the foot tapping music and went totally crazy! We also did the Naagin dance! It was a crazy sequence and we loved every bit of it!”
