Actor turned Singer Divvya Chouksey promoted her women oriented first single 'Patiyaale Di Queen'

The diva Divvya Chouksey who was last seen in the movie Hai Apna Dil Toh Aawara has joined the 'actor turned singer club' by making her singing debut in the music video called Patiyaale di queen! As she promoted her peppy track out here in Delhi at PVR Plaza CP. The music video is released under the banner of Zee Music Company. While interacting with media in the event Divvya revealed few details & uniqueness of her track. This song also features Sahil Anand and is based on feminism. 

When asked Divvya about her first time experience she said, “This will be the first time I will sing professionally and I'm really excited about this new experience. It was a fun experience shooting the music video, but it has a purpose, a larger purpose in fact. It’s time a song came where a girl replies to all the misogynists and gives it off to them. I am a strong woman of today and I don't like misogynists. This is my answer to all those who feel and say that what a woman wears, invites rape! Yes, meri dress hai chothi phir bhi tere soch se hai badi....  The song is fun, it’s not preachy, girls are definitely going to relate to it and dance on it.  I loved shooting this song since I have written the lyrics, its fun to act on it too.  Hope people like what we have put together.” On Censor Board she further added, “I am very unhappy that Censor Board cut my song, I feel very bad, what wrong I am doing. My songs actually talk about women equality, did they had a problem with sex education or the complaint I made a complaint to the teacher about the guy, I really don’t understand.” 

Well, not many know that Divvya is a very good singer and has lovely singing skills. Not only will she be seen dancing and singing in the video, but the actress has also rapped for the same. The song is a perfect reply on behalf of all women, to the female objectifying lyrics usually used by globally known singers like Akon, Honey Singh, Baadshah!  

It will be a treat for Divvya's fans and music lovers when the diva takes on the mic that will melt the heart of her fans with her melodious voice.

Aditi Rao Hydari to attend the Teach For Change Annual Fundraiser in Hyderabad

Aditi Rao Hydari has been invited to her hometown, Hyderabad for an initiative called Teach For Change Annual Fundraiser, held at Falaknuma Palace, in the capacity of a Chief Guest. The gorgeous actress, who has always championed the cause of education, will lend her voice and strength to the initiative that aims to improve the overall standards of literacy at government schools in the city. Aditi’s royal roots in the city and the recent resounding success of Mani Ratnam’s  Kaatru Veliyidai have led to a huge rise in her popularity down south. In addition to that, her contribution to literacy and education, made the stunner a perfect choice for the cause that is currently active in over a hundred government schools in Hyderabad.The evening of the fundraiser will begin with Aditi walking into the grand 101 Dining Hall of the palace. Following which, the actress will address the guests and attendees and launch the Teach For Change Academic Year – 2018. Talking about the initiative Aditi says, “Public education solves every problem that plagues our country. Only a solid education system can break the vicious circle of illiteracy, unemployment and poverty. I am honoured to be associated with such a noble cause. I will do everything I can for this revolutionary initiative.”

Shamita Shetty gets injured working out in the gym

While working out in the gym recently, Shamita Shetty injured herself which resulted in immense pain around her shoulder. The talented actress who was appreciated for her performance in recent web series, Yo Ke Hua Bro, has been advised to take some rest for few days. Shamita, who is known to maintain disciplined and healthy lifestyle, informs, “I’ve pinched a nerve in my hand during workout. There’s shooting pain from my neck to my fingertips and the muscles are also swollen.”The talented actress has been asked to take rest for couple of days. Looks like the pretty actress has been following her doctors instructions for a while now as we didn’t see her at the recent digital awards ceremony where her web series won the best comedy series on digital platform.
