Palak Jain who essays the role of Anushka Reddy on Sony Entertainment Television’s upcoming show ‘Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai’ is a girl of many talents. Palak is an accomplished model, a talented actor and also a classical dance enthusiast. Belonging to an elite and a rich family, Anushka has an ideology of simple living and high thinking. She also has a flair for art and culture and is inclined to learn a dance form.  While shooting for the show, Palak got the opportunity to indulge herself in professional Bharat Natyam training sessions. ‘Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai’ narrates a modern-day love story written and produced by master story teller Dilip Jha. It depicts that shade of love which is unspoken but palpable, unexpressed but perceptible of Siddhant Sinha (Namit Khanna) & Anushka Reddy (Palak Jain). Anushka Reddy is the daughter of one of the biggest ‘business tycoons’ of the country but is untouched by the opulence in which she has been brought up. She is sensitive yet competitive, has everything which one could desire but still cannot give up on her emotions that she has for Siddhant. 

When contacted Palak Jain confirmed “I am super excited as our show will be going on air in a couple of days. Yes, it’s true, I always wanted to learn Bharat Natyam but due to studies and other assignments I couldn’t find the time to do it. Thanks to ‘Yeh Pyaar Nahi Toh Kya Hai’ my on-screen character of Anushka Reddy is an dance enthusiast and hence I had to learn few steps of the Carnatic dance form from a professional tutor. It was a liberating feeling, a long-cherished dream that has finally come true. I am hopeful of learning Bharat Natyam professionally as I get time from shoots.”

Robert Downey Jr. Reveals His Favorite Avengers: Infinity War Moment

The upcoming Avengers: Infinity War promises to deliver plenty of action and surprises just like shown in the trailer- with iron Man being at the center of it- but Iron Man aka Robert Downey Jr. is teasing the fans that his favorite scene in the movie doesn't even involve his own character. With around 80 characters making their way onto the screens for Infinity War, there are high hopes for what the Russo Brothers have in store for us. The mind- numbing trailer has shown that Iron Man is playing a substantial role in the story but the star’s favorite scene concerns someone else altogether. In a recent interview, Downey Jr. revealed his favorite infinity War moment: “My favorite shot in the movie has already been seen, and it’s when Thor, who’s just totally gnarled up, turns and goes, ‘Who the hell are you guys?’ and you cut to the Guardians [of the Galaxy]. I’m like sold. If the whole third movie was that scene, we’re fine.” 22 heroes, 6 infinity Gems, 1 Mad Titan. An unprecedented cinematic event that has been 10 years and 18 films in the making. Avengers Infinity War releases on 27th April 2018 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Diljit Dosanjh playing an intense soldier of World War I in an upcoming film ‘Sajjan Singh Rangroot’

The sensational singer & actor Diljit Dosanjh is all set to hit the big screen by Sajjan Singh Rangroot, an upcoming Indian Punjabi war movie directed by Pankaj Batra. And as per the information revealed by the lead himself Diljit Dosanjh, who was recently in Delhi at Hotel Lalit, Barakhamba Road for the movie promotions, the movie is based on true story about the experiences of Sikh Regiment at Western Front during World War I.Diljit will be portraying the character of a war hero Sajjan Singh, who is an officer in the British Army and served on the western front during the WW1 against Germany. While talking to media Diljit shared his experience and about the character in the movie. Further, he added, “While portraying this character I didn’t felt much difficulty, it’s a sober character which belongs to a village and I am also from a village. Yes, the tough scene for me and the entire team was when we shot for wars. It was a great experience and I really loved my getup of Sajjan.” He also added, “I wish this film becomes a big hit because it talks about our history.”The movie also stars Yograj Singh and Sunanda Sharma. Diljit will be seen opposite Sunanda, a renowned Punjabi singer who will mark the acting debut in this movie. Directed by Pankaj Batra and produced by Jay Sahni, Bobby Bajaj, and Vivid Arthouse, 'Sajjan Singh Rangroot' is all set to release on March 23, 2018. 

Actor turned Singer Divvya Chouksey promoted her women oriented first single 'Patiyaale Di Queen'

The diva Divvya Chouksey who was last seen in the movie Hai Apna Dil Toh Aawara has joined the 'actor turned singer club' by making her singing debut in the music video called Patiyaale di queen! As she promoted her peppy track out here in Delhi at PVR Plaza CP. The music video is released under the banner of Zee Music Company. While interacting with media in the event Divvya revealed few details & uniqueness of her track. This song also features Sahil Anand and is based on feminism. 

When asked Divvya about her first time experience she said, “This will be the first time I will sing professionally and I'm really excited about this new experience. It was a fun experience shooting the music video, but it has a purpose, a larger purpose in fact. It’s time a song came where a girl replies to all the misogynists and gives it off to them. I am a strong woman of today and I don't like misogynists. This is my answer to all those who feel and say that what a woman wears, invites rape! Yes, meri dress hai chothi phir bhi tere soch se hai badi....  The song is fun, it’s not preachy, girls are definitely going to relate to it and dance on it.  I loved shooting this song since I have written the lyrics, its fun to act on it too.  Hope people like what we have put together.” On Censor Board she further added, “I am very unhappy that Censor Board cut my song, I feel very bad, what wrong I am doing. My songs actually talk about women equality, did they had a problem with sex education or the complaint I made a complaint to the teacher about the guy, I really don’t understand.” 

Well, not many know that Divvya is a very good singer and has lovely singing skills. Not only will she be seen dancing and singing in the video, but the actress has also rapped for the same. The song is a perfect reply on behalf of all women, to the female objectifying lyrics usually used by globally known singers like Akon, Honey Singh, Baadshah!
