Sherrin Varghese's new release 'Kya Raaz Hai Tu Zindagi' is out now

Sherrin Varghese, the man who runs intricate rhythms on sonorous tunes, has produced another mellifluous masterpiece, “Kya Raaz Hai Tu Zindagi”. Known to many as the multi-talented artist and the famous band member of ‘A Band of Boys’, Sherrin is an on-stage killer performer praised for his energetic melancholic melodic hooks since the early 2000s.

Kya Raaz Hai Tu Zindagi, his latest single is an apt portrayal of the mysteries and curve balls of life, which everyone talks about but fail to express. This 3 minutes & 32 seconds of eargasmic bliss speaks volumes for Sherrin’s content state of mind and the good terms that he is on with life. Not just this, but the track is shot in the picturesque settings of Krabi province, Phi phi islands & is backed by deep lyrics which have a huge relatability factor for an audience.

As a true-blue maverick multi-faceted artiste, he has made a ton of contribution to the song as the credits for composition, vocals, story, sreenplay & direction are well earned by him. The song is a meticulous take on life, sounding & reminding an audience of the good old days of Indi-pop.

When asked about his views as to why did he choose to produce this song in such an organic way, unlike his usual releases where he’s known to produce organic-electronic legacy peices, Sherrin was quoted saying that, “This song is sonically different from my usual dub self, cos management asked me to produce material which is more true to the live band sound which I'm gigging with & get the paying audience from my batch to connect with that "live rock band" sound from the 90's especially the millennials. So decided to go standard on the arrangement & wicked on the chords for a change!”

Salman Khan may come early with Bigg Boss Season 12

Normally, Bigg Boss begins in the first week of October every year. However, if reliable sources are to be believed, this season, India's number one reality show will begin earlier.

Bollywood's only PR guru Dale Bhagwagar, who has handled the media for some of the reality show's best and most controversial contestants like Rakhi Sawant, Rahul Mahajan, Pooja Misrra, Aman Verma, Diana Hayden, Ashmit Patel, Amar Upadhyay, Sherlyn Chopra, Aarya Babbar, Sonali Raut and Mandana Karimi, has tweeted that he feels, this year the BB12 showing may be preponed by a fortnight.

"I have a feeling Bigg Boss 12 would make an early start this year, beating it's normal October first week timing by a fortnight or so," tweeted the celebrity publicist, whose PR agency has also handled the publicity for some of the best Bollywood stars such as Hrithik Roshan, Shilpa Shetty, Priyanka Chopra and movies like the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Don and Farhan Akhtar starrer Rock On!!

The Bollywood publicist is well-known for his correct 'feelings' about matters of the entertainment industry. So going by his post, we are best expecting BB12 to begin around September 16, probably with participants from major Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata.

The anticipation for Bigg Boss is pretty high this year too, specially as it introduces the concept of jodis (pairs) as housemates. Which means, we may see participants getting in two-by-two; somewhat like girlfriends-boyfriends jodis, married couples, live-in relationship couples, brothers and sisters, friends, or even transgender or gay and lesbian couples -- Bigg Boss is full of surprises, so we never know ;-)

Meanwhile, megastar host Salman Khan can have a consolidation of sorts, since his film Race 3 has done roaring business at the box-office, inspite of the media panning it. So now, all eyes on Bigg Boss Season 12.

Annup Soni returns to theatre, his first love!

After a gap of eight years, Annup Sonii has returned to his first love, theatre.

The versatile actor, who has for long been anchoring the reality-based television show, Crime Patrol on television, couldn’t take up any other project because of the hectic shoot schedule.

Now, that Annup has taken a break from TV, he is now excited to be part of a new play that he is working on and also wants to focus on movies and his first love, theatre.

Annup informs, “Theatre is where I started my acting journey. I’ve been a student of National School of Drama (NSD) and had the privilege to perform on stage with some noted and brilliant actors. Since I was quite occupied with my television shows all these years, there was hardly any time left for me to do anything else. But in this new play, my character is really interesting and I am doing something that I haven’t done before on stage. It’s intense and drawn from real people,” he says.

“I think it’s an individual choice. I personally enjoy performing for theatre as it’s live and your audience is in front of you, and there are no retakes,” he adds.
