Following
an epic week which saw the band kick-off their first ever headline
arena tour in Phoenix and play to over 25,000 fans over two shows at the
LA Forum, 5SOS thank their fans by today announcing the release of live album ‘LIVESOS’ on December 15th through Capitol Records UK.
As the biggest selling debut band so far this year, 5SOS’s
electric live performances have been the cornerstone of their success,
winning them millions of loyal fans all around the world, and setting
them apart from any other breakthrough bands this year.
It has been the breakthrough story of the year and what
a year these guys have had. Four multimillion selling singles under
their belts, a self-titled debut album that not only topped the US Album
Chart (going to #1 globally on iTunes in 76 countries) but also became
the third biggest pre-order in iTunes history. 5 Seconds Of Summer have also recently won three awards (Best New, Best Push and Artist on the Rise) at this year’s MTV EMA’s and have sold-out three shows at SSE Wembley Arena for their ‘Rock Out With Your Socks Out 2015 Tour’.
The band were recently in LA to unveil a virtual world for their fans at Paramount Studios to kick-off a huge fan convention — Derp Con 2014.
5SOS,
recently announced their first ever headline UK & European arena
tour which will see them perform to an army of dedicated fans over the
course of two months in May and June next year. The Rock Out With Your Socks Out 2015 Tour almost completely sold-out in a matter of hours including three shows
at The SSE Arena Wembley London and topped the Ticketmaster UK
Ticketing Chart, ahead of Ed Sheeran, Kasabian and Linkin Park. Over
in the US, the Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour will take the
band to amphitheaters and arenas in 30 cities throughout the U.S. and
Canada. The band's first-ever North American headlining tour, produced
and promoted exclusively by Live Nation, will start on July 17, 2015 and
will see them perform to over 576,000 fans.

they have amounted over 356 million online video views, have an
astonishing combined 20.5 + million Twitter followers and have sold over
four million singles to date. The band caused hysteria when they
