Balaji and milan luthria have decided to extend a special thanks to ajay devgn and emraan hashmi in the opening credits of the forthcoming OUATIMD. After all, ajay and emraan, who featured in the acclaimed original (released in 2010) emerged smash hits and created a huge brand value for the franchise. While ajay’s character (sultan) died in the first part, emraan’s (shoaib) is being taken forward by akshay kumar in the sequel. Sonakshi Sinha and Imran Khan’s characters (jasmine and aslam) are new additions to the sequel.
