Lesle Lewis enthralled the audience at IIMUN opening ceremony

 
Singer-performer-composer and guitarist par excellence Lesle Lewis, enthralled the audiences with his captivating performance at the opening ceremony of the second edition of the Indian International Model United Nations (IIMUN). The event was held at Sophia Bhabha Auditorium of Sophia College at Breach Candy.  
Lesle Lewis’ performance included a wide variety of songs like his own rock version of Jana Gana Mana, Dum Maro Dum, Mere Naina Sawana Bhado, Krishna Nee Begane Baro conveying the message of peace; songs from his own album Tanha Sa Hoon and many others. The audience mostly included students from schools and colleges. 
Lesle donned a new hat as the official mascot of Indian International Model United Nations recently. 
Along with celebrity guests such as Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Aaditya Thackeray, Cyrus Broacha, Suresh Menon, Nandish Sandhu, Deven Bhojani et al, the IIMUN President Rishabh Shah and the Director trio Hriday Bhatia, Hardik Jain, Charmi Mehta were present at the event.
A little about IIMUN for information: 
IIMUN is a youth conference run completely by the youth. It aims to educate participants about current events, topics in international relations, diplomacy et al. The organizing team of the Indian International Model United Nations comprises of 200 students from different colleges coming together to work on this common platform. All the members lie in the age group of 16-20 and work at different levels of hierarchy. IIMUN also has similar parallel teams in different cities like Pune, Hyderabad etc.
