Kehta Hai Dil..Jee Le Zara.
Sangeeta Ghosh –
On rakshabhandan I tie rakhi to my brothers and get lots of gifts and sweets. My brother is out of town and I will be shooting this year so won’t be able to celebrate Rakshabhandan this year.

I don’t have a real sister, but I have a rakhi sister from past 15years who stays in my building. She has got married recently and I will be expecting her to come to my place on this Rakshabhandan. Like every year I will gift her chocolate. She used to baby sit me in my childhood as my parents always use to be busy with their work. This year no special plans as I will be shooting.
Delanaazz –
I am very fond of Rakshabhandan. I have two brothers and both stay out of town. I use to decorate my rakhi thali with flowers, kumkum and diya. This year too I won’t be able to celebrate as both my brothers are out of town and I will be busy shooting. I am an extremely protective and pampered sister. My elder brother is more like father figure to me.

Don't have any real brother so I tie rakhi to my dad since childhood. For my 1st cousin who stays in Chandigarh, I courier him cartoon Rakhi even though he is old now. Last year when I forgot to tie Rakhi to dad due to my hectic shoot schedule he had got really upset. Had to convince him to get a smile back on his face.
This year I’m planning to do the same- tie a Rakhi to dad and courier one cute cartoon funny Rakhi to brother in Chandigarh! Rakhi from childhood meant a way to earn money and go shopping.

For the past 2 years my elder brother is staying in USA, so I haven’t been able to tie him a Rakhi. My first cousin always takes me to watch English movies which I hate watching, and now I know he does it deliberately to that only to annoy me. Currently he is out of India and i really miss him, he will return in December and have already given him my shopping list. On set my co actor Karan Trivedi is like my brother, we might to go out for dinner this Rakhi.

This Rakshabandhan is going to be very special for me. My younger brother will be pursuing his higher education after HSC. It's a big moment for me. My first Rakhi with him is my best memory as I remember his tying Rakhi to his little hands

I have three sisters and I always celebrate Rakhsa Bandhan with them, this time I am busy shooting but I will still try my best to be with them. Every year I give them small gifts but this time their expectations are higher than before, so I ready to empty my pockets, it is a proud feeling to spend money on my sisters.
Janvi Chheda (Insp. Shreya in C.I.D.)
I celebrate Rakshabandhan with my cousins. My brother is in the US, and it will feel incomplete, not having him around. I have a lot of fond memories of Raksha Bandhan, this year would be my sister-in law’s first Rakshabandhan after marriage. I am looking forward to spending time with her.

I celebrate rakshabhandan with my family in a very typical maharastrain style, all my sisters come over to my house and tie me rakhi, we make each other have sweets. I’m not a firm believer of giving gifts on rakshabhandan, instead believe in giving blessings to my sisters. I have five sisters and I am close to all of them. I don’t have any special memory of Rakshabhandan but I remember before I started working we used to have holidays and I used to spend a lot of time with my sisters. This year I will be away and busy shooting. I would be meeting my sisters before I start for my shoot in the morning.

My real sister stays in MP although I have a few rakhi sisters in Mumbai and they are very close to me. As I am generally shooting I try and make it a point to talk to my sister over the phone and if I get a chance I visit my home town to meet my family. Rakshabandhan is very special to me since my childhood. Mansi Tabu, my favorite sister from Mumbai has always been with me in good and bad times. This year I don’t have any plans for Rakshabhandhan as I will be busy shooting.
Vikas Kumar (Sr.Insp Rajat)
Rakshabhandan always reminds me of my childhood- getting up early in the morning, listening and singing Rakshabhandan songs, sharing sweets with all my sisters, giving gifts, veg food and a small get together with my family members. I have only one sister who stays in MP (Anupama) she is my favourite sister and very close to me.
Dinesh (Insp Fredericks)
I have small celebration at home with my family members. No special memories of rakshabhandan as I don’t have a real sister although I have 2 cousin sisters back home in MP((Sangeeta and Shubangi)) who are close to me. I don’t have any plans this year as I will be shooting.

I have very beautiful memories of Rakshabandhan, in gujarat it is celebrated on a large scale. Right from childhood till date we have always celebrated this occasion whole heartedly.I have one real bother and two family friends whom I tie rakhi and are extremely close to me. I used to decorate the aarti thali with real colorful flowers and get special rakhi’s for my brothers.
