Gen-X star Varun Dhawan who was recently roped in as the face of Well Zone™’s Pumpstart launched the revolutionary fitness campaign at a popular 5 star in the suburbs yesterday.
Pumpstart ,envisioned by Dr. Sreedhar Potarazu,an international visionary in the business of medicine , looks to encourage people to get over excuses and get into action.

On the occasion said Varun Dhawan, "Pumpstart is a dance and exercise routine essentially called Dancercise which is set up by choreographer Remo and Dr which involves 13 core muscles of the body. 13 core muscles Pectorials, Deltoids, to name the major muscles like the shoulder blade and chest muscles acting as a warm up. It involves the whole body and not just one part of the body".
The campaign looks to leverage celebrities and partner brands to engage consumers as active participants in better managing their health and wellness as they introduce Pumpstart –a ground-breaking 5 minute dance routine that flexes 13 major muscle groups in the body.
Dilshad Patel was brought on board as a movement therapist to ensure that the 13 major muscle groups were exercised adequately, adding therapeutic elements into the choreography to make PumpStart more meaningful.Choreographed by Remo ,the dance routine looks to spark off a new trend and a new wave of health in the country backed by the best in the business.
