Star cast of the film “BOSS” visited Delhi and promoted the film at Hotel Taj Palace, dhaula kuan. On the promotional event “BOSS” himself, Akshay Kumar with co-actors Ronit Roy, Shiv Pandit and Aditi Rao Hydari and director Anthony D’Souza, was present. In the press meet when a journalist asked Akshay kumar about the controversial song of the film then he very calmly said “lyrics of the song is ‘gaane me dum hai to band karwa’ ab logon ko nahi samajh me aya to isme meri kya galti hai”and when he was asked about his Haryanvi villain character then he added “I too am from north India and many of my acquaintances are from Haryana, so I did not face any kind of intricacies to give that special Haryanvi flavor to the dialogues, and about my villainous character so, yes! this is the second time when I am playing the role of villain after ‘Once Upon a Time In Mumbai Dubara’, but both the characters are very much different. In “BOSS” my character is not of gangster exactly, he is a good person doing odd jobs.”
“I am playing the role of BOSS’ younger brother in the film. It was very great experience working with versatile stars like Akshay Kumar, Mithun Chakroborty, Danny Denzogappa and Ronit Roy. Akshay sir is the youngest person from heart, I have ever seen.” said Shiv Pandit.
Talking about the action in the film Akshay added “It is one of the best action film, no graphics nothing has been used, it is a real action film where you will enjoy watching real man to man fight”. When asked about his favorite dialogue from the film he said “my favorite dialogue from the film which is Ronit’s dialogue actually is ‘Maut ko to log yu hi badnam karte hain, zindagi dard deti hai’.”
