Jewellers of the World (LJOW) presented World’s Leading Jewellery
Brands’ - The Bridal Collection at the opening of IIJW’14 paying a
tribute to Indian women focusing on upliftment of Girl Child. Neha
Dhupia, Queenie Singh, Konkana Bakshi, Ankita Shorey & other models
wore stunning outfits from Ashima & Leena Singh and dazzling
jewellery by Asmi & Gili, Parineeta, Nakshatra and Nizam adding
sparkle to the show.
Leading
Jewellers of the World (LJOW) Inaugurated & opened the India
International Jewellery Week, 2014 (IIJW), with a spectacular show as
Bollywood stars and celebs walked the ramp showcasing jewellery from
leading brands like Asmi, Nizam, Gili, Parineeta and Nakshatra, to
express support for the Girl Child. Showstopper Neha Dhupia with Queenie
Singh, Konkana Bakshi, Ankita Shorey and other models dazzled at the
event in elegant creations from designers Ashima & Leena Singh.
The
show began with a presentation on the Girl Child by Queenie Singh and
Tiara in association with CREATE. The issue was further highlighted by
an impressive dance performance by young girls from Seva Sadan, the NGO
which has espoused this cause.

Alongside
there were four fashion sequences that paid a tribute to the Indian
Woman with multiple jewellery brands featuring jewellery that a woman
adorns at different times in her life. Gili’s fresh, attractive designs
that cater to her desire to look beautiful always along with the
curvilinear designs from Asmi symbolizing her inner fire and desire to
create a new destiny. Parineeta’s large, awe-inspiring wedding necklaces
in jadau, gold, diamonds and precious stones; Nakshatra’s exotic
diamond jewellery that evokes images of the beauty and vastness of the
heavens to Nizam’s spectacular range of heavy antique jewellery.

Speaking
about the focus of the show, Queenie Singh, Supporter, Seva Sadan said,

conglomerate always and we’re glad to have them associated with Seva
Sadan. It’s imperative today to encourage the growth & upliftment of
the girl child. Being an independent woman I encourage more individuals
