Kareena Kapoor Khan sports a 32 kg lehenga in a highlight song for Ki And Ka !

Kareena shot in this heavy lehenga in the scorching heat for over 2 days and wowed everyone with her ability to maintain her cool despite the challenging outfit and temperature".
