Seasoned actress Kunickaa Sadanand will now join the cast of SAB TVs 'Chidiya Ghar'. She will play Mausi and will create differences between the two bahus — Koyal (Aditi Sajwan) and Mayuri (Shafaq Naaz) — and the brothers. She will try to break the unity of the family. The actress says, "I took up this offer as I found the character interesting. I will continue to do cameos and interesting roles on television."
Besides a successful two decade long career, Kunickaa is also a singer. She has released three pop albums titled 'Lakhon Mein Ek' released in 1996, and 'Kunika' which was released in 2002. She released her 3rd album named Joombish (A Mystical Journey) on 2 May 2006.
