Nawab
Shah who was finalized to play Qamaruddin in Sony Entertainment Television’s
upcoming historical show Peshwa Bajirao has been replaced by Yuri Suri.
A
source close to the production house informs us about the new development,
"We have roped in the talented actor Yuri Suri to play the role of
Qamaruddin and are confident that he will do justice to the character."
Furthermore
the source elaborated saying, "Earlier, Nawab Shah had agreed to the terms
and conditions before signing the dotted line but due to creative differences
in terms of make-up, costume and the way his character was conceived, he could
not continue with the show. He started having issues with the script as well
and felt that it didn’t suit his character. Furthermore, he demanded a movie
hair & make-up artist. Upon disagreeing to his uncalled for demands, he
threatened to quit the show.”
Yuri
Suri definitely knows his acting nooks well and is set to bring alive
Qamaruddin on television screens.
