Shemaroo
Entertainment and Tata Sky recently screened the film Chupke Chupke
(1975) at Liberty Cinema, Mumbai. The occasion was by bollywood personalities
like music director
- Anand ji, music composer and singer - Kaushal Inamdar, singer - Hamsika Iyer
and radio announcer
– Ameen Sayani along with the audience. The screening was a celebration of
launch of the companies’
latest dth service named ‘Tata Sky Classic Cinema'. Chupke
Chupke is a comedy film released in the year 1975. It is considered to be one
of the best classics
of Hrishikesh Mukherjee and ranks among the top 10 classic comedies of Hindi
Cinema. This
film is
highly remembered for Dharmendra and Amitabh Bachchan's comic act.
Other stars of the film included
Sharmila Tagore, Jaya Bachchan, Om Prakash, Usha Kiran, David, Asrani, Lily
Chakraborty and Keshto
Mukherjee. It was a superhit of the era.
