Jewels showcased a beautifully balanced collection of stunning Diamond
Jewellery crafted using Australian Diamonds and genuine gemstones at the IIJW 2017. Actress
Bhumi Pednekar played muse to the resplendent jewellery, donning designer
Shehla Khan’s vintage bridal collection, ‘Belle Époque’
When it comes to diamonds only the best are what a
lady wants. The showcase of exquisite jewellery created using Australian
Diamonds, mined from Rio Tinto’s mines in the East Kimberley region of Western
Australia, was a gorgeous extravaganza at the India International Jewellery
Week 2017.
The colour, dazzle, brilliance and cut of the
stones used to our master craftsmen to create this collection were a joy to
behold on the catwalk as the models sashayed down.
Commenting on the show Mr. Sunil Nayak, CEO of
Reliance Jewels said, “Being a part of the India International Jewellery Week 2017
was a great opportunity to showcase the unique and the extraordinary beauty of
the Australian Diamonds. While our Bridal collection, comprising of the entire

Expressing her excitement at presenting her unique
vintage collection, designer Shehla Khan said, “Belle Époque features fabrics
like sheer, organza, tulle and lace that is artistically sculpted and draped
bringing the “Lost Golden Age “of the French Era to life. Structured designs,
classic ruffles, luxurious layering, dramatic drapes and hand painted ensembles
are the focal point of the collection. The designs include a lot of fabric
manipulation and it plays around more with structure rather than embroidery.”

Ending the bridal celebrations on the stage after

Representative Office, Rio Tinto walked the ramp with the ever so gorgeous
looking Bhumi Pednekar adorned with the
jewellery collection, amidst a thunderous applause from the audience.
