अंततः यशराज फिल्म्स ने रानी मुखर्जी के साथ अपनी नई फिल्म की घोषणा कर ही दी। प्रदीप सरकार के निर्देशन में बनने वाली इस फिल्म में रानी मुखर्जी, पहली बार एक महिला पुलिस अधिकारी का रोल कर रही हैं। स्टूडियो ने इस फिल्म को बोल्डेस्ट विषय पर फिल्म बताया है। यह फिल्म प्रदीप सरकार की शैली से बिल्कुल अलग भी होगी। 2014 में पूरे विश्व में एक साथ रिलीज की जाने वाली इस फिल्म की शूटिंग इस साल की आखिरी तिमाही में शुरू हो जाएगी।
Yash Raj Films announced its next release with director Pradeep Sarkar – MARDAANI.
Starring Rani Mukerji in the lead, playing the role of a cop for the first time, the raw and gritty film will be YRF’s boldest subject ever to be made and a distinct departure from Pradeep Sarkar’s style of filmmaking.
Directed by Pradeep Sarkar and produced by Aditya Chopra, the film will go on floor by the last quarter of the year and is slated for a 2014 release worldwide.

भोजपुरी फिल्म जगत में ऐसा कम ही हुआ है जब किसी अभिनेत्री का भोजपुरिया परदे पर आगमन एक दो नहीं तीन तीन फिल्मो के साथ हो रहा है . बिहार के कैमूर जिले की अर्चना सिंह के साथ कुछ ऐसा ही हो रहा है . अर्चना की एक महीने के अंतराल में तीन तीन फिल्मे रिलीज़ हो रही है . भोजपुरी के पहले मनोरंजन चैनल महुआ के धारावाहिक भगवान् हो से अभिनय कैरियर की शुरुवात करने वाली अर्चना की पहली रिलीज़ फिल्म होगी फूहड़ सनीमा . राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार विजेता निर्देशक ब्रजभूषण की इस फिल्म में अर्चना के अपोजिट हैं बहुमुखी अभिनेता अजय दिक्षित . अर्चना की दूसरी आने वाली फिल्म है लक्ष्मण रेखा . इस फिल्म में वो विनय आनंद और गुंजन पन्त के साथ स्क्रीन शेयर करती नजर आने वाली है . अर्चना की तीसरी फिल्म है बडका छोटका . अर्चना सिंह के अनुसार, जिस तरह धारावाहिकों में काम करना उनका इत्तेफाक भर था उसी तरह फिल्मो में आना भी . बोल्ड से भी बोल्ड फिल्म कहकर प्रचारित की गयी फिल्म फूहड़ सनीमा के सम्बन्ध में अर्चना ने बताया की फिल्म का नाम सुनकर ही उन्होंने फिल्म करने से मना कर दिया था लेकिन निर्देशक ब्रजभूषण ने फिल्म की कहानी सुनाई तो फिल्म करने का फैसला कर लिया . फूहड़ सनीमा में वो एक फिल्म निर्देशक की प्रेमिका की भूमिका में है जबकि लक्ष्मण रेखा में एक आधुनिक युवती की भूमिका में . बकौल अर्चना , उसके लिए ख़ुशी की बात है की उनकी शुरुवात तीन अलग अलग फिल्मो से हो रही है .

Stylist Aashmeen Munjaal & Actor Vidyut Jamwal Gave Self-Defense Training to Women in Delhi

Renowned Stylist& Make-up Artist Aashmeen Munjaal gave Self Defense training to Women in Delhi at Moments Mall, Kirti Nagar. To help and Support this very special initiative came Actor of the upcoming Action Film ‘Commando’; Vidyut Jamwal.
One incident with her Staff made Aashmeen to take this Initiative. “One of my Staff (45+) was forcefully thrown into a car while she was coming back from dinner with her family. This made me so fearful that I realized such a thing can happen to anybody be it a 20year old Girl or a 50 year old lady. I then thought of starting this initiative so that every female should have confidence in herself to take charge of such situations.” Explained Stylist Aashmeen Munjaal.
Since Vidyut Jamwal is shown to give Self Defense training to Pooja Chopra in the film‘Commando’, he was here to do the same and promote his soon-to-release action flick. A number of girls had turned up at the event to learn self help tricks and how to avoid getting harassed by strangers. On the 8^th of every month Aashmeen along with her team would organize such self defense training for the girls.
