MFT James assures hot bod sans torturous diets and supplements!

 

Former model and the winner of the Best Body for Gladrags 2003,  celeb fitness trainer MFT Harrison James and wife Sucheta James invited their friends over for an evening of health snacks  to sample  the stud studio programme, a generous effort to educate people about fitness and helping them getting their dream body, an effort that has stirred the world of fitness.

 

Seen at the do of MFT Harrison and Sucheta James were new mom Urvashi Sharma Joshi after the birth of her baby Samaira less than a month ago, Rajiv of Roadies fame, Reyhna Malhotra, Alesia Raut, Ami Billimoria, Bhagyashree Raut, Candice Pinto, Pia Trivedi, Ritwik Bhattacharya, Surbhi Rao, Sheela Tiruchy, Nihar Pandya  among many others.

 

Best known as ''Whip Cracker Tough Taskmaster'', Harrison James’ journey started at the age of 17 with a crash course on fitness but all his training techniques comes from his own experiences over the years of practicing on himself.

 

Harrison James specially customizes the exercises depending on the needs of his clients and giving them instant results without the help of protein shakes, supplements and torturous diet plans, certainly making him one of his kind.

 

Having sports background Harrison James always emphasizes in building up core strength than going under a knife to become a size zero (yet unknown to him) or getting six or eight packs. It’s important to have endurance, stamina and positive outlook. He first tunes the mind of his clients because if the mind is healthy and it runs in right direction, body follows. In the end mind is a player.

 

“MFT is my dream to make you meet your dream body,” said Harrison to his friends gathered to be part of his dream project for a fitter India, the natural way. Obviously, the entire venue resonated with cheers.

Promotional Collaboration between DARR@ THE MALL and MAYAPURI

Ragini MMS fame director’s Pavan Kirpalani new directed movie Darr @ the mall is the most awaited horror bollywood movie. Based on horror genre, film promotion has been done in a unique way.

For the promotion of Darr @ the Mall, film unit has joined hands with famous film weekly magazine Mayapuri. Before the release of this movie, Mayapuri magazine has come up with the special edition of Darr @ the Mall. A new look has been given to the magazine. For the promotion of this movie, the magazine has burnt from the corners to give the horror and real effect.

This magazine has been innovatively burnt with the special techniques. This special edition of Darr @ the Mall in Mayapuri has covered the experiences of star cast along with the interesting facts during the shooting of the movie. Film’s director Pawan Kriplani and Creative team wanted to do something different and when they contacted Mayapuri magazine regarding this, the magazine team along with the marketing team decided on this unique concept and issued this special edition of Darr @ the Mall . This is the first edition which has been published after burning.

This film features Jimmy Shergill, Nushrat Bharucha, Arif Zakaria, Asif Basra, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Shradha Kaul and Neeraj Sood. Film’s script has been written by Pawan Kripalani and Agrim Joshi. The film is presented and produced by Multi Screen Media (MSM) and Contiloe Entertainment.  The film is set to release on 21 February 2014.

Flys down his cook all the way from Mumbai to Bangalore & Bangkok 

During the making of a film, actors generally tend to bond with each other owing to the long hectic schedules which they have outdoor! Ditto happened on the sets of Balaji Motion Pictures upcoming masala entertainer ‘Main Tera Hero’. 

The film which is directed by Comedy King David Dhawan will see his son VarunDhawan teaming up with him for the very first time along with the beautiful ladies Nargis Fakhri & Ileana D’Cruz!

Main Tera Hero has a large portion of the film which have been shot in Bangalore & Bangkok  and the shooting schedules of this film had been so erratic & long that Davidji ensured he had a cook on the sets all the time to give the artists and crew ‘ghar ka khanna’ informs a source close to the production team. 

David Dhawan flew his personal cook all the way from Mumbai to Bangalore & Bangkok so that the crew does not miss their home & become home-sick. When you are shooting in outdoor locations food is a basic necessity, everything else can be managed when you have yummy food in your tummy!

We tried contacting David Dhawan but he was unavailable to comment, but a spokesperson from Balaji confirmed and said, “Davidji is like a father figure, and treats all his actors like his children only, he was quite concerned about Nargis & Ileana’s health along with Varun’s and therefore he ensured his cook prepares delicious delicacies for one and all” 

Now isn’t that sweet well! We are sure all the other actors in B Town too would be wanting to have a director like Davidji!! 

Directed by David Dhawan and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, Main Tera Hero is all set to hit the screens on 4^th April 2014, starring Varun Dhawan, Ileana D’cruz and Nargis Fakhri in the lead roles.

Directed by Nupur Asthana and Produced by Aditya Chopra, BEWAKOOFIYAAN, is a contemporary slice of life story which turns set notions about relationships on their head. The film has been written by the versatile writer/director Habib Faisal.
