Taarak Mehta team’s fun and masti at Hongkong

 

Asit Kumarr Modi’s successful hilarious comedy Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has achieved another milestone. This very popular and thoroughly enjoyed fun show is the first Indian daily show to take its story to Disneyland. “Taking the show to Disneyland was a planned move. We have family audience and everybody wonders about this place – how it is, what kind of rides are there, how much fun one can have, its visual delight and entertainment treat - all the while. So we decided to give them a clear experience through their favorite characters. We are showing everything in details. This storyline will last for some time so that the viewers can enjoy this place in detail,” says Asit Kumarr Modi. He adds, “Television has a better deeper reach and everyday audience gets carried into the life of their favorite characters. What they see in film is short term but what they are handed out on television remains longer. Taarak team in Disneyland in Hongkong will be the running track for more than 2 weeks. Later they will catch it again on reruns. Naturally they will be entertained better and they will connect better with the show as well as the place.”

Story starts when children of Gokuldham society take part in a competition and they win a trip to Disneyland in Hongkong. So naturally all of their families also accompany them and we get to see all characters like Bapu ji, Babita, Tappu Sena, Jethalal, Daya, Bhide, dr & Mrs Hathi, Sodhi & Roshan and even Asit  Kumarr Modi gallivanting and enjoying the rides in Disneyland. Jetha family even gets the honor of opening the gates at the gate opening ceremony in Disneyland. When Aiyyer is left behind in India by mistake Jetha is very happy. However, he gets bogged down with responsibility when Bhide hands over the well being of all members to him. Will society members enjoy their trip or as usual they will have goof ups and confusion even in Disneyland!! 

Adds Dilip Joshi, “we had lots of fun. It was a perfect change for everybody and there was a new life in all the actors. Hope Asit ji will do this regularly.” Crackles Daya, “hay ma maataji….. itna maza aaya..

Sylvester Stallone wishes Ajay Devgan for the success of Singham 2

This Independence Day was all set to witness the clash of the titans at the Box office, with Ajay Devgan’s Singham 2 and Sylverter Stallone’s  The Expendables 3 releasing on the same date.  The face off, of these mega action franchises was avoided though, with ‘The Expendables 3’ team announcing the release to be postponed by a week to 22^nd August.

When asked about the release clash, Sly said, “I think we are releasing against the ‘Indian Rambo’ in India”.  He gave the Singham team a double thumbs up saying, “Best of luck to Singham and Ajay Devgan” Sly said, he is aware of the fan following that the cast of Expendables has in India. Sly said that he was very aware of the fan following that the cast of “The Expendables 3” enjoys in India and is confident of its success in here.

The makers and distributors of ‘Singham 2’ are very pleased and relived with this push in release of the international action franchise.  ‘The Expendables 3’ will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, other than English. If trade analysts are to be believed, simultaneous release of the two films would have affected the business of ‘Singham 2’ to up to 40 – 50 % at the box office.

Film Star Govinda’s cousin brother Akash Geharwar performs a electrifying dance sequence for Rainbow Cinevision Pvt Ltd's Maiden Film "Jhamele Pe Jhamela"

 

Popular film star Govinda’s cousin brother Akash Geharwar performed a electrifying dance sequence with male & female dancers, for Rainbow Cinevision Pvt Ltd’s maiden film “JHAMELE PE JHAMELA”, under choreography of famous choreographer Lollypop at RDL Studio, Naigaon on 13^th & 14^th August 2014. Film is being directed by R.P.Singh (brother of late actor & director Anand Singh, also Mama of film star Govinda). We had a chance to witness his electrifying dance moment, and had a chat with him, Akash said ‘since his family was connected with Bollywood since long time, his father & chacha Anand Singh made many films and also launched his cousin brother Govinda long time back, so it is in his genes and he is lucky to get this break with blessings of his elder cousin and star brother Govinda’. Director Rajendra Singh said ‘I was lucky to meet Producer Dhiren Rawani through a common friend, and he wanted to make films, and with our combination this film started and will be complete in this month, it will be released as early as possible’. Choreographer Lollypop said that after a long time he saw a young boy Akash having so much dance ability.
