जागरण फिल्म फेस्टिवल के ७ वे संस्करण के सिलेक्शन हुआ, कुल ३००० बेहतरीन फिल्मों का समावेश

जागरण फिल्म फेस्टिवल के ७ वे  संस्करण के सिलेक्शन हुआ, कुल ३०००  बेहतरीन  फिल्मों का समावेश हुआ है। इनमे से कुछ फिल्में बर्लिन, रॉटरडैम, सनडांस जैसे प्रसिद्द फिल्म फेस्टिवल का भी हिस्सा रह चुकी हैं. और इन फिल्म फेस्टिवल कई फिल्में ऐसी हैं जो अब तक अज्ञात रही हैं. जागरण फिल्म फेस्टिवल  की शुरुआत अगले महीने जुलाई से दिल्ली में की जाएगी , जहाँ एक तरफ इस फिल्म फेस्टिवल में   न्यूज़ीलैंड की फिल्म  " ली तमहोरिस, महना, फ्रांस और बेल्जियम से बोली लनरस की फिल्म " द फर्स्ट", द लास्ट", टोरंटो से  बारबरा एडर की ऑस्ट्रीअन फिल्म " थैंक यू फॉर बॉम्बिंग" जैसी फिल्म दिखाई जाएँगी वाही दूसरी तरफ लोन इंडोलेयं और Chatô   डिस्कॉर्डिया’,  गुिलहर्मो  फ़ॉन्ट्स द किंग ऑफ़ ब्राज़ील जो ब्राज़ीलियन के  जीवन पर आधारित है और इस फिल्म ने ब्राज़ील में कुल १३ अवार्ड जीते  है , इस  तरह  की  अज्ञात फिल्में भी  इस फेस्टिवल  का हिस्सा हैं। 

जागरण फिल्म फेस्टिवल के स्ट्रेटेजी कंसलटेंट मनोज श्रीवास्तव का कहना है की " डिस्कॉर्डिया बहुत ही बेहतरीन और यूनिक फिल्म है, इस फिल्म की सिनेमेटिक ट्रीटमेंट, कैमरा एंगल, काम से काम डायलॉग , और फिल्म के सब्जेक्ट  ने फेस्टिवल की प्रीव्यू टीम को बहुत ही प्रभावित किया।

ली तमहोरी को उनकी फिल्मों 'डाई अनदर डे' (2002) और स्टेट ऑफ़ द यूनियन के लिए जाना जाता है। अब उनकी "महना" यह फिल्म जागरण फिल्म फेस्टिवल में होगी यह फिल्म न्यूजीलैंड के १९६० दशक की कहानी है जो की न्यूजीलैंड के दो समुदाय महंस और पॉट्स के ऊपर है। 

इस बार ३००० हजार फिल्में शामिल हुई है इसीलिए प्रीव्यू टीम को महीने भर थका देनी वाली मेहनत करनी पड़ी है। इस समीक्षा टीम में शामिल है प्रसिद्ध फिल्म क्रिटिक्स सैबल चटर्जी, मंजुल शिरोडकर , शरद दत्त  पूर्व मुख्य निर्माता दूरदर्शन, विनोद कपूर पूर्व उप महानिदेशक और कॉलमनिस्ट , छायाकार संजय दत्तानी और के  एस साहनी, पूर्व संयुक्त निदेशक, फिल्म समारोह निदेशालय। 

Singer Madhushree excited to be voice of Amrapali , Sanjay Dutt to play the lead Role in the 1966 Remake

Popular singer Madhushree will be the voice for the new age “Amrapali”. The 1966 film is being remade by Baldev Singh Bedi under Shree LajLaxmi Productions banner. All the songs of the earlier cult were sung by none other then the great Lata Mangeshkar.

Madhushree has already recorded two songs for the movie, the first with Ustad Rashid Khan, which is a classical song and will take the audiences through journey of of Amrapali from a child to getting transformed into a beautiful woman. The second song is a sequence pictured on the situation of Haldi ceremony .

Speaking about the experience, Madhushree says, “I am so excited post recording both the songs and that I will be the voice of Amrapali – the famous royal courtesan. I have seen the previous film which is a classic in its own right and specially since Lataji had done such a great job with all the songs. I am a huge fan of Lataji and to be able to come even close to her will also be a blessing.” She adds, “Being such a huge responsibility, post recording the songs, when I received compliments from the entire team and specially Saroj Khanji, who is choreographing Anarkali’s moves, it meant a lot.”

The songs and music of the Cult is loved by listeners even today and hence Robby Badal has been given the responsibility of composing all the songs and the lyrics are penned by Mehboob.

Ritu Seth returns to acting after 8 years with Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania

The makers of Sony Entertainment Television’s upcoming fiction show, Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania are leaving no stone unturned to get the right cast for the show. After roping in the talented actor Priyanshu Jora to play the lead role of Abhishek, the makers have now roped in the beautiful Ritu Seth whom viewers fondly remember as Tulsi Virani’s daughter Shobha from 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi'. She will be seen playing the role of Priyanshu’s chachi in the show; marking her comeback to fiction after a hiatus of 8 years.

Speaking about the same, Ritu said, "After 'Kyunki...' ended, I took a break for personal reasons as I wanted to concentrate on my family. Now that my daughter is five and a half, I felt it was the right time to make a comeback. I realised that it's never going to happen if I don't return now and Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania seemed like the perfect choice. I am thrilled about this new adventure in my career.

Elaborating on her character Ritu added, “I didn't want to play a mother since every mom looks the same and does similar stuff on screen. My character, Madhu is a prominent one and will add the perfect spice in the story. When I heard the concept of the show, I just couldn’t turn it down as the show and my character in particular are extremely interesting. I am sure viewers will love to see me in this new avatar.”
