Kunickaa Sadanand to enter SAB TV’s Chidiyaghar

Seasoned actress Kunickaa Sadanand will now join the cast of SAB TVs 'Chidiya Ghar'. She will play Mausi and will create differences between the two bahus — Koyal (Aditi Sajwan) and Mayuri (Shafaq Naaz) — and the brothers. She will try to break the unity of the family. The actress says, "I took up this offer as I found the character interesting. I will continue to do cameos and interesting roles on television."

Besides a successful two decade long career, Kunickaa is also a singer. She has released three pop albums titled 'Lakhon Mein Ek' released in 1996, and 'Kunika' which was released in 2002. She released her 3rd album named Joombish (A Mystical Journey) on 2 May 2006. She has released three pop albums titled 'Lakhon Mein Ek' released in 1996, 'Kunika' which was released in 2002 and 'Joombish' which was released on 2 May 2006.

Purab Kohli to share the screen with Sonakshi Sinha in Noor

Purab Kohli has been roped in to play Sonakshi Sinha's romantic interest in an upcoming film called Noor. Sonakshi will play the role of a journalist in the official adaptation of a popular Pakistani novel called 'Karachi, You're killing' me by Saba Imtiaz and is going to be directed by Sunhil Sippy. The film will be shot in Mumbai and London and Purab who's busy currently shoot for Nikhil Advani's untitled mega television project will be taking a few days off to commence and complete shoot for Noor in August. The actor will also soon be seen in the sequel of Rock On in November. When asked Purab he said,  "Yes I've been meeting the team of producers and I'm excited to work with them. They were one of the producers on Airlift so it's a nice connection with Vikram and his team. I’ve known Sunhil Sippy's work for a long time now.  He's an accomplished ad-film maker and I'm very taken with his vision for this film. As for working with Sonakshi... She's a powerhouse and has an infectious positive vibe on screen. The film is pegged on her and I'm looking forward to what our energies will bring together. Ayan my character in Noor is a photojournalist, life's experiences has made him cynical though his charm and wit makes him attractive".
