Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd and 91.9 FM Radio Nasha recently screened the classic movie “Amar Akbar Anthony” Deepak Cinema, Lower Parel.  Shemaroo Entertainment’s FilmiGaane YouTube channel, along with Radio Nasha, celebrated the era of retro music, to take the audience down the memory lane and relive the nostalgia. It was also an effort the keep retro music live and popular amongst today’s generation.  

Amar Akbar Anthony, released in 1977, was directed by Manmohan Desai. Featuring the top actors of the time, namely Vinod Khanna, Rishi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, ShabanaAzmi, Neetu Singh and Parveen Babi among other actors cast spellson the audience. The film became a landmark in the history of Indian Cinema.  Today, the movie is counted among the cult films that every generation must watch!

Luv Ranjan joins hands with Bhushan Kumar for a romcom

Following the success of Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, director Luv Ranjan has joined hands with Bhushan Kumar to jointly produce multiple films.The first film under this association will be a quirky, new age love triangle set in Delhi and UP. Kartik Aaryan, Nushrat Bharucha and Sunny Singh who won the audience’s hearts with their performances in Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, will be seen playing the lead roles. Slated to go on floors this November, this film that is being directed by Luv himself is his first production with partner Ankur Garg. The film marks Luv, Kartik and Nushrat’s fourth association together.Commenting on this partnership, Luv says, "When Bhushan approached me after PKP 2 what was exciting was his belief in my kind of films. Given Bhushan’s excellent sense of music and unparalleled marketing muscle, I couldn’t have asked for a better association.” Bhushan says, "Luv understands the pulse of the youth and has a knack for making highly relatable and entertaining films. We are committed to making content driven films of all kinds and are proud to be jointly producing films with LUV Films.’’Produced by T-Series and LUV Films, the romcom will is slated for release August 2017. 

Samajwadi Party Supremes want to watch Dongri Ka Raja

Dongri Ka Raja casted visited Lucknow recently to promote their film where they met the Samajwadi party leaders and showed them a glimpse of the film. Actors Ronit Roy, Ashmit Patel, Gashmeer Mahajani, Reecha Sinhaand Producer PS Chatwal were first facilitated by part President Shivpal Yadav and then party supreme Mulayam Singh Yadav met them all at his residence. Along with daughter-in-law Aparna Yadav, Mulayam Singh and Shivpal Singh saw the trailer and a few songs of the film and discussed the making of the film.

प्रतीक बब्बर करेंगे फ्रांस में एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय नाटक!

​प्रतिक बब्बर का नया नाटक , सिक्स जिसमे प्रतिक पहली बार एक गे का किरादर निभा रहे है , ​उनके इस नाटक को लोगो ने सरहाया है, खास बात है की एलजीबीटी कम्युनिटी को भी सिक्स यह नाटक पसंद आया है। जेफ गोल्डबर्ग व्दारा लिखीत और निर्देशित यह नाटक एल बी हैमिल्टन के ‘अ मिडनाइट क्लिअर’ पर आधारित हैं। यह नाटक की कहानी दो गे एक्स-लवर्स के इर्दगिर्द घुमती हैं। 

​सूत्रों की माने तो " हालही में प्रतिक बब्बर को फ़्रांस स्थित इंटरनेशनल थियेटर इंस्टिट्यूट (आयटीआय)  ने अप्र्रोच किया गया की वे उनका कोई एक नाटक में शामिल हो , इस नाटक को वो वर्ल्ड के कई अलग अलग भागो में दिखाएंगे।  इस फ्रेंच नाटक के लिए हालही में प्रतिक फ़्रांस गए जहा उन्होंने नाटक के लिए ऑडिशन दिया।  ​प्रतिक ने कहा " मुझे पहले तो ओवरसीज कास्टिंग एजेंट का कॉल आया जिसके बाद में वहां गया। सब ठीक से हुआ। वहा लोग बहुत ही प्यारे है ।
