PEP Asia: Portrait & Event Photography is an initiative to raise the bar of people photography in Asia through community building and education. PEP Asia is a revolutionary event out together by three likeminded individuals from different walks of life- Joseph Radhik, Joshua Karthik and Arjun Rajan, to elevate learning in photography. The three day event spread over 21st to 23rd of April at the Sheila Gopal Raheja Auditorium, Balgandharva Rang Mandir, Mumbai brings to you, for the first time in India, the world's best photographers and creative entrepreneurs with one common goal - conquer the photography challenges unique to the Indian environment. Whether your specialization is weddings, portraits, or travel, everything at PEP Asia is designed to help you scale new heights. The conference is expected to be attended by over 400 photography professionals & enthusiasts from over fifteen cities. 

PEP Asia is led by Joseph Radhik, one of the most illustrious wedding photographers of India and an IPA New York Global First Place Awardee, A Sony India Artisan, a Zeiss Camera Lens ambassador, stands as the Face of PEP,  with the support of the Founder of Stories-Indian wedding photography company, Joshua Karthik and  COO of PEP Inc. and Corporate Moghul Arjun Rajan, they are sure to make waves with their strong intention and dedicated perseverance, giving wings to those who hope to achieve their dreams through their imagination and images.

Whereas Usha Mishra, The managing director of effective communication in north india was awarded by the Humanity Archievers Award for their hardwork in P.R in film promotions. धनञ्जय गलानि के लिए यह दोहरी ख़ुशी का समय था।  एक ओर, जहाँ उनकी फिल्म "लव वर्सेस गैंगस्टर" का पोस्टर लांच हुआ, वहीँ उनकी इनोवेटर फिल्म एक्टिंग अकादमी का शानदार शुभारम्भ भी हुआ । इस अवसर पर बॉलीवुड के सुनील पाल, नतालिया कोझेनोवा, राहुल दत्ता, राजेश देशाई, अनिल नागरथ, राकेश बेदी, फ़िरोज़ पठान, जगराज घूमन, योगिराज आदि कई कलाकारों ने शिरकत की। भारत में मेहमान को भगवान् का दर्जा दिया जाता है । इसी सिद्धान्त पर  डायरेक्टर धनंजय गलानि की अगली थ्रिलर लव स्टोरी लव वर्सेस गैंगस्टर भी है । हर साल भारत में कई विदेशी सैलानी आते है और उनमे से कुछ यही अपना घर बसा लेते है । हमारी संस्कृति हमें यही सिखाती है, कि हम अपने मेहमान का आदर-सत्कार भगवान की तरह करें, परंतु कई बार ऐसा होता है कि सैलानियों को काफी मुसीबतों का सामना करना पड़ता है । लव वर्सेस गैंगस्टर कहानी है एक विदेशी लड़की की जो भारत आती है, और उसका एम एम एस बना दिया जाता है।  वह लड़की कैसे इस मुसीबत का सामना करती है और समाज के लोगों को इस प्रकार की घटना से बचने के लिये अवगत कराती है और अपने आगे की लड़ाई लड़ती है, फिल्म में इसी का चित्रण हुआ है । 

इनोवेटर्स फिल्म एक्टिंग अकादमी-  बॉलीवुड में काम करने के बाद धनंजय और विनायक को यह एहसास हुआ कि हर छोटे से छोटा एक्टर भी कीमती है, जबकि बॉलीवुड एक भूलभुलैया है । यहाँ कुछ लोग सफल हो जाते है और कुछ इस भूल भुलैया में गुम हो जाते हैं। इनोवेटर्स फिल्म एक्टिंग अकादमी में स्टूडेंट्स को न केवल एक्टिंग बल्कि जीवन में आने वाली विभिन्न परिस्थितियों का कैसे सामना किया जाय, यह भी सिखाया जायगा । धनंजय कहते है - मैने अपने करियर में काफी उतार-चढाव देखे है पर कभी उन्हें अपने जीवन में नकारात्मक प्रभाव नहीं छोड़ने दिया । क्योकि फैलियर मेरे लिये कोई अतिनिराशा वाली बात नही है बल्कि इससे हमें कठिन परिस्तिथियों से उबरने का साहस मिलता है ,और जीवन में बहुत कुछ सिखने को मिलता है । मैं हमेशा से चाहता हूं कि लोग मुझे देखें और कहें कि आप की वजह से मेने अपना हौसला नहीं खोया , इसीलिए मै एक एक्टिंग अकादमी खोलना चाहता था जहा मै लोगों को कुछ अच्छा सिखा सकूँ और उन्हें बॉलीवुड में अपना टैलेंट दिखने का मौका दूं । विनायक  हांडा कहते है, "आशा ही इंसान को मजबूत बनाये रखती है विनायक ने अपने करियर की शुरुआत १८ साल की उम्र में की थी और उन्होंने उसी समय मुम्बई आने का ठान लिया ताकि वह अपने एक्टिंग के सपने को पूरा कर सके । परंतु उनके लिये बॉलीवुड में एंट्री पाना इतना आसान नहीं था इसके लिए विनायक ने अपनी एक्टिंग को तराशने के लिये एक्टिंग अकादमी ज्वाइन की फिर ऑडिशन देना प्रारम्भ किया । जब मै अपने  पुराने दिन याद करता हूं , तो मै सोचा करता था की मै हर बार रिजेक्ट हो रहा हूं ,परंतु मैं हार नहीं माना । आप तब हारते हो जब आप कोशिश करना छोड़ देते हो । मेरे पिछले दिनों में मेने कई चीजें सीखी जैसे कैमरा, लाइटिंग,कैमरे एंगल्स और मुझे मेरा पहला ब्रेक "संस्कार -धरोहर अपनों की" जो कलर्स चैनल में प्रसारित हुआ, में एक असिस्टेंट डायरेक्टर के तौर पे मिला । और अब धनञ्जय जी के साथ मिलकर "इनोवेटर्स फिल्म एक्टिंग इंस्टिट्यूट" की शुरुआत  करने जा रहा हूं ।

Ariana Grande releases “Everyday” official music video ft Future

Just within a few weeks after the release of the lyrics video of Ariana Grande’s song “Everyday”, the singing sensation charms the entire world with her latest music video of the song featuring Future. The new track from her album Dangerous Woman had the world grooving already with the lyric video with Ariana Singing and dancing in her oversized purple coat and two bun look. The new music video featuring Future however takes the lyric video idea to a new level as it goes on to celebrating love amongst everyone with the singer performing by the side. 

The music video treats us with Ariana doing almost the exact same thing, but instead of on a black backdrop, she's on a street curb. The next thing we see is the singer hanging out in a laundromat, and the video ultimately ends with her on a bus while couples in every scene express their love. The music video also features Future in s similar act witnessing the steamy romance in an office background. 

The peppy track from Ariana’s album Dangerous Woman aims to spread the idea of celebrating love of all stripes:young, old, black, white, gay, straight.Ariana recently collaborated with John Legend on the new theme for Disney’s live-action Beauty and the Beast film.The music video dropped on the 26th of February, Sunday and already has more than 1.1 million views.
