रोमांचक है थॉर का रैग्नारॉक

पांच फिल्मों में थॉर का किरदार कर चुके अभिनेता क्रिस हैम्सवर्थ किरदार से ऊब चुके थे. उन्होंने जब यह बात थॉर रैग्नारॉक के निर्माता केविन फीज और डायरेक्टर ताईका वाईतिती को बताई तो उनके किरदार के बाल कम कर दिए गए, हाथ का हथौड़ा थोड़ा हल्का कर दिया गया और इसे बिलकुल ख़ास लुक दे दिया गया. अब क्रिस खुश हैं. उनके साथ केट ब्लैनचेट के हेला, जेफ़ गोल्डब्लम के ग्रैंड मास्टर और टेस्सा थॉम्पसन के वालकीरी के नए किरदार भी शामिल हैं। ३ नवंबर को रिलीज़ हो रही है थॉर रैग्नारॉक।

अमेरिकी सुप्रीम कोर्ट की महिला जज बनेगी फ़ेलिसिटी जोंस

पिछले साल स्टार वार्स सीरीज की फिल्म रोग वन : अ  स्टार वार्स स्टोरी में जिन एरसो का ताक़वर किरदार करने वाली इंग्लिश अभिनेत्री फ़ेलिसिटी जोंस अब रूपहले परदे पर एक यहूदी महिला जज का किरदार करेंगी।  अमेरिकी सुप्रीम कोर्ट की महिला जज रुथ बडेर जिन्सबर्ग को महिला अधिकारों की झंडाबरदार के तौर पर याद किया जाता है।  उन्होंने लैंगिक समानता पर पहले लॉ जर्नल की सह-संस्थापक थी।  वह कोलंबिया यूनिवर्सिटी की पहली महिला प्रोफेसर थी।  उन्हें १९९३ में तत्कालीन अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति बिल क्लिंटन ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में नामित किया था।  इसी किरदार पर डेनियल स्टीपलमैन की पटकथा पर मिमी लेडर (डीप इम्पैक्ट, पे इट फॉरवर्ड, थिक एज थीव्स) के निर्देशन में फिल्म में जिन्सबर्ग के किरदार के लिए २०१५ में नताली पोर्टमैन का नाम उछला था।  फ़ेलिसिटी जोंस इस समय टीवी सीरीज स्टार वार्स : फोर्सेज ऑफ़ डेस्टिनी की शूटिंग कर रहे हैं।  इस सीरीज में भी वह जिन एरसो का किरदार ही कर रही हैं।  जिन्सबर्ग पर फिल्म की शूटिंग सितम्बर से मोंट्रियल में  शुरू होगी।  

Chidiyaghar introduces ‘Hen-Man’

Sony SAB’s Chidiyaghar is known for its hilarious story plots which not only makes the audiences laugh, but also teaches them the moral values that we could follow in our day-to-day life. The upcoming track in chidiyghar will showcase a hilarious track on Kapi, where he gets super power and becomes a super hero. 

The track opens with Kapi (Saransh Verma) taking his kids Makhi and Machar for a new movie ‘Hanu-Man’ in a theatre. But the show goes housefull with a lot of crowd around. Kappi picks up a fight with a stranger who trashes Kapi. Machar and Makhi are crestfallen with their father’s defeat. Feeling sad, Machar goes to sleep and he dreams that he is praying to God to bestow his father Kapi with superpowers and defeat all. Next morning, when everyone look out for Kapi, they are amazed to see him flying up above in the sky. His kids are ecstatic to realize that God had granted their father supernatural powers. Neighbours too get surprised when they come to know about the same and start worshipping him. 

How will Kapi use his new found superpower? Is it a temporary superpower or for lifetime?

Saransh Verma who plays the role of Kapi said, “This is a very funny yet interesting track. Kapi turns into Hen-Man who receives all power to defeat people around him. This leads to hilarious situation where chidiyaghar member take advantage of his powers. He becomes arrogant and starts misusing his power.”

Not only Farhan Akhtar, even Milkha Singh could be proud of The Faith Runner

When Farhan Akhtar brilliantly transformed himself for the epic Milkha Singh-movie Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, it was a delight to watch his wondrous feat. But not all achievers get the mileage Bollywood stars get. 

Like what Samir Singh is doing for a hundred days is yet another mind-boggling adventure in itself. Samir is not an actor, nor is he prepping for a movie. He's purely a runner and like all runners, in awe of the legendary Milkha Singh — The Flying Sikh. And because of Samir's strong spiritual beliefs and his faith in Lord Krishna, he’s fondly called The Faith Runner. 

Around three months ago, the ultra marathoner embarked on an inconceivable journey of pushing human endurance to the extreme. He undertook a mission to run 100 kilometers every day for 100 days within Mumbai, covering a total distance of 10,000 kilometers. 

Such an extraordinary feat has never been attempted before by any long distance runner anywhere in the world — which makes Samir the first to conceive and attempt this grueling format in distance running. As of this week, he has successfully completed 80 days. 

Moreover, he has been accomplishing this run without help from any support group, organization, physiotherapist, masseur, dietitian, nutritionist or media coverage. The only support he has had until now is from his younger brother who cooks for him and some contributions from his well-wishers in the running community. 

Interestingly for Samir, filmmakers Vikram and Vandana Bhatti, a brother-sister duo of Marathon Films, who happen to be running enthusiasts too, have begun a Facebook campaign called The Faith Runner (with the unique title coined by Vikram Bhatti). www.facebook.com/TheFaithRunner/. 

Here's hoping that more and more people of the world come together to celebrate, salute and applaud this unsung athlete as he creates history.

No Time for hospital Runs

Bollywood Actor and Director  Shreyas Talpade who currently have two movies in his pocket is struggling between  his career and Family life.  Shreyas wife Deepti Talpade is suffering from Swine flue but due to his commitments he has to visit set and be on calls for his movies Posters Boys. 

The actor was recently in buzz that he is handling his Directorial debut Poster Boys on phone while shooting for his upcoming stint Golmaal Again. On Monday night when he returned from late night shoot he got to know that his wife deepti is suffering from heavy fever. Next morning due to commitment he admitted Deepti and went for a shoot of 'Golmaal Again'. 

'It is a difficult time. Deepti has been hospitalised cause of H1N1 & as much as I want to be with her, I have to rush from one studio to the other to meet the deadline on completion of POSTER BOYS trailer, GOLMAAL AGAIN shoot & then be with her at the hospital in the interim breaks" Said Shreyas. 

Posters Boys features Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol & Shreyas Talpade himself in lead roles. The film is an official remake of the 2014 Marathi hit Poshter Boyz which Shreyas had produced and acted in. It is inspired by a real life incident about three coolies who found their pictures on a vasectomy poster. Produced by Affluence Movie Pvt. Ltd., Poster Boys is scheduled to be released on 8 September 2017.
