सिल्वर स्क्रीन के राम थे प्रेम अदीब

कश्मीरी पंडित प्रेम अदीब ने अपने १७ साल लम्बे फिल्म करियर में कोई ४४ फिल्मों में अभिनय किया। रामप्रसाद अदीब को अपनी फिल्म रोमांटिक इंडिया उर्फ़ निराला इंडिया में मौक़ा देकर प्रेम अदीब नाम दिया मशहूर अभिनेत्री विद्या सिन्हा के पिता मोहन सिन्हा ने।  वैसे प्रेम अदीब ने ज़्यादातर धार्मिक फ़िल्में ही की। धार्मिक फिल्मों में भी उन्हें राम की भूमिका में पहचाना गया।  एक समय वह मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम राम के रील लाइफ माने जाते थे।  शोभना समर्थ के साथ उनकी राम-सीता जोड़ी के चित्र धार्मिक कलेण्डरों में सजे रहते थे।  लोग उन्हें अपने घरों में टांग कर पूजा किया करते थे।  उन्होंने भरत मिलाप, राम राज्य, राम बाण, राम विवाह, राम नवमी, राम हनुमान युद्ध, राम लक्षमण और रामभक्त विभीषण  जैसी आठ फिल्मों में राम की भूमिका की।  १० अगस्त १९१७ को उत्तर प्रदेश में आजकल के सुल्तानपुर (तब औध) में जन्मे रामप्रसाद अदीब उर्फ़ प्रेम अदीब का निधन २५ दिसंबर १९५९ को सिर्फ ४२ साल की उम्र में हो गया।

मीर रंजन नेगी पर फिल्म चक दे इंडिया के १० साल

शाहरुख़ खान के साथ १६ युवा अभिनेत्रियां ! किस फिल्म में थी ? जी हाँ, सही याद आया ! फिल्म थी चक दे इंडिया ! यह फिल्म १० अगस्त २००७ को रिलीज़ हुई थी।  फिल्म काल्पनिक भारतीय हॉकी टीम के कप्तान कबीर खान की थी। वह पाकिस्तान के साथ वर्ल्ड कप मैच में आखिरी समय में मिली पेनल्टी को गोल में डालने में असफल हो जाता है। भारत शून्य एक गोयल से हार जाता है।  नतीजतन, उस पर पाकिस्तानी होने का लेबल चिपक जाता है।  उसका हॉकी करियर ख़त्म हो जाता है।  यह कहानी याद दिलाती है १९८२ के एशियाई खेलों की, जिसमे पाकिस्तान के साथ हॉकी मुक़ाबले  में भारत को १-७ की करारी शिकस्त मिली थी।  उस समय गोल पोस्ट पर मीर रंजन नेगी थे।  उन पर पाकिस्तान से पैसे ले कर जानबूझ कर गोल करवाने का आरोप लगा था।  मीर रंजन की इस कहानी से कबीर खान की कहानी इस लिहाज़ से अलग थी कि मीर रंजन नेगी की १९९८ के एशियाई गेम्स में बतौर कोच वापसी हुई थी और भारतीय टीम ने गोल्ड जीता था।  नेगी २००२ के कामनवेल्थ गेम्स में गोलकीपर कोच और २००४ में एशिया कप जीतने वाली महिला हॉकी टीम के सह कोच थे।  हालाँकि, शिमिट अमीन कहते हैं कि उनकी कहानी का कबीर खान मीर रंजन नेगी से प्रेरित नहीं है।  लेकिन, इस फिल्म को देखा और प्रचारित इसी रूप में किया गया कि यह नेगी की कहानी है।  वैसे अगर शिमिट कबीर खान को नेगी ही (मुसलमान नहीं हिन्दू ही) बना रहने देते तो क्या फर्क पड़ जाता, सिवाय इमोशनल अत्याचार के! नेगी पर भी तो पाकिस्तानी उच्चायोग जा कर पैसे लेने का आरोप लगा था। इस फिल्म ने शाहरुख़ खान को सशक्त अभिनेता बनाया।  लेकिन, उनकी १६ हॉकी खिलाड़ियों का अभिनय करने वाली (चित्रांशी रावत, अनीता नायर, शिल्पा शुक्ल, तान्या अब्रोल, आर्य मेनन, शुभि मेहता, किमी लालदावला, मसोचों जिमिक, संदिआ फुर्टडो, निचोला सेक्वेरा,  सागरिका घाटगे, किम्बर्ली मिरांडा, सीमा आज़मी, रेनिअ मस्केरहनेस, निशा नायर और विद्या मालवाडे)  में से कोई एक भी अभिनेत्री बॉलीवुड में अपना नाम स्थापित नहीं कर सकी।  यूगांडा में जन्मे शिमिट अमीन का करियर भी कोई ठौर नहीं लग सका।  अलबत्ता २० करोड़ में बनी इस फिल्म ने यशराज फिल्म्स को १२७ करोड़ वापस दिलवा दिए।  वैसे यह भी बताना समीचीन होगा कि फिल्म के हॉकी के मैदान के तमाम  रोमांचक मैच रॉब मिलर ने निर्देशित  किये थे।  

Chak De India has made me what I am today : Chitrashi Rawat

We can never forget Komal Chautala aka Chitrashi Rawat in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Chak De India. The film is completing a decade on 10th August. Remembering the film Chitrashi turns nostalgic and says, "When I look back and remember I feel the entire shooting experience is unforgettable. Each and every day is memorable and has a special place in my heart. I was very young during the shooting and never realised while shooting that this film will bring so much change in my life and create history. Everything about this film is iconic right from dialogues to every scene from the film." When asked about her personal interaction with King Khan, Chitrashi says,'I have many moments with Shah Rukh Sir during the shooting of Chak De India but one thing I have always remembered that being the youngest from the cast I was pampered a lot. Our first meeting with Shah Rukh Sir is still so alive in my heart. All girls were practising in the hockey ground and Shah Rukh Sir came to meet us and we girls were all looking at him. We were all mesmerised with his aura and style. That moment was a big 70 mm moment for me which is etched in my mind." Chitrashi also shares during the shooting of the film Shah Rukh and she were in same team as they used to play hockey as a part of their practise. "Shah Rukh Sir plays hockey really well. He used to play hockey during his university years and we both had a very good combination."

Chitrashi who is a national level hockey player adds,"Chak De India has made me what I am today. After the release of the film the amount of love I have got is amazing. It is also  a special moment for me as my new show by Siddharth Kumar Tewary (Swastik Productions) Shankar Jai Kishan 3 in 1 just came on air. Its a double whammy for me. Siddharth Kumar Tewary is an excellent producer in every sense of the word"

Talented and Beautiful actress Kirtida Mistry plays a protagonist in Shankar Jai Kishan- 3 in 1

Beautiful actress Kirtida Mistry is roped in to play one of the female protagonist against Jai (Kettan Singh) in Sony SAB’s newly launched show Shankar Jai Kishan- 3 in 1. Kirtida will be playing the role of Dimple Kapoor. 

Dimple, is the flamboyant wife of Jai (Ketan Singh) who is none other than Kishan disguised as Shankar and Jai. Dimple is the middle sister of the three Kapoor sister who will eventually marry the same person. Dimple is brand conscious and a shopaholic. She loves to brag about her husband who she thinks is a police officer. Dimple doesn’t hesitate to take advantage of her husband’s position. She is the perfect example of beauty without brains.  

Commenting on her role, Kirtida Mistry who plays Dimple says, “It’s a great feeling to be the part of Shankar Jai Kishan- 3 in 1. It’s my first comedy show and I am really excited about it. My character, Dimple is very innocent and childish. She loves shopping and can be fooled easily by Jai. Though she is the second sister of the three Kapoor sister, she still acts younger than simple, the third sister. I hope audience love my new avatar.”
