I have no problems with Rohit being obsessed with his role in Porus: Rohit Purohit

Actor Rohit Purohit loves playing the character of Alexander in Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s Porus. His girlfriend Sheena Bajaj admits to him being obsessed with the character, however she is not complaining.“I'm a huge fan of the show, it’s larger than a film for me. It’s one of the biggest beautiful historical shows and hats off to Sony TV and Swastik Productions and the vision of the producers. I cooperate with his obsession with Alexander and I never disturb or call him when he is shooting. He stays in Gujarat all the time and comes to Mumbai occasionally. But I’m very happy when he works because watching him makes me proud,” she says. In fact, she adds that Rohit has put in a lot of hard work for the show. “Rohit enters the frame and always makes an incredible impression. It’s the same this time. Playing Alexander is tough physically and appearance wise too and he has been working very hard on himself since he was locked for the show. He worked hard for almost a year before the shoot, after he was signed,” she says.

Shweta Rohira partners up with Evelyn Sharma this Christmas

Actor Shweta Rohira, does not refrain from doing her bit. Christmas time is a time for celebration for Shweta, but it is also a time to give back as much as you can. And this is what Shweta does every year. “The Christmas season is the best time for giving back to the universe, what we have received. By helping the less fortunate, we learn the invaluable lesson of thankfulness. It is very important to support a good cause as it requires good team work. When many individuals come together and work for a cause, it helps many people and at the same time the message goes across that we all have to give back the energy that we have received,” she says. We had loved her concept of giving back for a cause in such a beautiful way. We all shop and when you shop for a cause it makes you more happier,” she says, adding, “Christmas garage sale with Evelyn was my way of being a small part for a noble cause that’s she’s initiated. And since her garage sale is all about recycling the clothes and all, I use the scrap to make Christmas ornaments and candle decorations.” Christmas is one of Shweta’s favourite time of the year. “Every Christmas has been and is a beautiful memory because I enjoy this festive season too much. I love the whole idea of Santa gifting,” she says. And what is her favourite part about Christmas? “I love all the sweets that are prepared during Christmas time but my favourite is Double layer pumpkin cheese cake,” she says.
