Salman and Sonakshi recreate the magic for 'Welcome To New York'

'Welcome To New York' is hitting the right notes. And now the biggest news. Superstar Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha have recreated their magic in the film's song 'Nain Phisal Gaye'. With music by Sajid Wajid and lyrics by Kaunsar Munir, 'Nain Phisal Gaye' is a beautiful number that sets the tone for Valentine's Day. The song was shot entirely in New York. When the producers went to Salman, the magnanimous star that he is, he agreed to do the song. 
Sonakshi Sinha says, “It was really exciting to be re-uniting with Salman for our third film together after 'Dabangg' and 'Dabangg 2'. We shot the song entirely in New York. It was nostalgic in many ways, the romantic, melodious song has been filmed beautifully.”  
Director Chakri Toleti says, "It was an absolute delight to shoot this song. The two of them have such great on screen chemistry and it was a matter of hours and the song was recorded. The two together set the screen on fire." 
Directed by Chakri Toleti, Produced by Pooja Films and Wiz Films with Music by Pooja Music,  'Welcome To New York' is a hilarious comedy of two youngsters who land in New York and go through a series of hilarious episodes. Boasting of a massive ensemble cast with the likes of Karan Johar in a never seen before double role, Diljit Dosanjh, Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh, Boman Irani and Lara Dutta, the film releases worldwide on February 23rd, 2018.

Pooja Chopra becomes mentor for the East Zone for Femina Miss India 2018


Crowned as the Femina Miss India in 2009, Pooja Chopra has been associated with Miss India since then and considers it to be a life changing pageant. She was also a semi-finalist at Miss World 2009 and she won the first ever Beauty with a Purpose title for India at Miss World 2009 in Johannesburg, South Africa. 
Pooja Chopra created a record when she won eight National as well as International titles in a single year in the pageant world. 
Pooja is now all set to mentor the girls from the East Zone at the fbb Colors Femina Miss India 2018 pageant. This will be the first time that she will be mentoring girls and is very excited to bring what the amazing and different East Zone talent offers to the table. 
When asked about how she feels to be a part of Miss India again, not as a participant but now as a mentor she says, “Miss India has always been a dream that I have harnessed for far too long as a kid and I know how hard I have worked to have this dream come true. And now to help girls who have harnessed exactly the same dream as you, it’s going to be me reliving all my moments.” 
During her journey as a mentor, she will be looking for girls who have the same kind of drive, motivation and passion that she had when she competed to become Miss India. She advises the girls to have a dream and have a conviction to consistently work towards achieving your dream.

‘Palang Todd’ Moment on Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya


Sony Entertainment Television’s Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya is giving its audience a dose of non-stop drama and twists with every episode. The ongoing wedding rituals are a treat to watch as will go through a lot of ups and downs. How Diya aka Tejasswi Prakash and Ratan aka Rohit Suchanti tackle the situations will be something that the audiences will be excited to see unfold. 
In the ongoing track, we will witness a lot of drama in picturesque settings. The awkward moments between Diya and Ratan while they stay in one room and adjusting with each other will be something to watch out for. Also, the weird adjustments doesn’t end there. The viewers will get to see a ‘Palang Todd’ act where both of them meet with an accident and the bed is broken. 
One of the sources close to the sets informs, “The scene was a difficult one to shoot as the actors were already on a bed which was a little unstable and we had to take a lot of precautions. The team is very cooperative but ‘honi ko kaun taal sakta hai’? Before the que the bed went down but the scene turned out to be perfect without Diya and Ratan being hurt.”

He interacted with the young sports stars and even tried his hand at Badminton with one of the participants, Maisam Meiraba Luwang, a 16-year-old youngster from Manipur. 
While interacting with Star Sports, the official broadcasters of Khelo India, he emphasised on the need of quality broadcast to reverberate the unifying message of Khelo India across the country. Underlining the need of inspiring youngsters in India to go out and play, he stressed on the importance of Khelo India reaching far and wide via Star Sports and how it is a key catalyst towards driving young India to playfields and shaping us a formidable sporting nation in the near future.
