PM Modi shares Sundeep Gosswami's song

Composer-singer Sundeep Gosswami has been a part of the music industry for quite some time, but it was the success of his track ‘Kaal Ke Hain Mahakal’ that shot him to fame. The emerging artiste accredits his success to Lord Shiva and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as the latter contributed to making Gosswami a star overnight.

“A video, in which Narendra Modi is seen enjoying my track during the Dev Deepawali celebration in Kashi, was posted on internet by the PM himself. Thereafter, every renowned minister (Smriti Irani, Piyush Goyal and many more), as well as commoners, shared the song, and within no time it went viral, receiving more than 30 million views,” tells Sundeep, who is overwhelmed with the response.

Sharing his excitement of becoming immensely popular in the blink of an eye, Sundeep says, “When the PM shared this video, I had no idea that something of this sort has happened. It was only after I started receiving messages on Twitter and YouTube, I got to know about it. Not just Indians, people from across the world contacted me to appreciate my work (track). I can’t thank him (Narendra Modi) enough for sharing the video."

"He is a hard-core Shiv Bhakt and so am I. And I feel, the connection both of us have with the creator of this universe is what worked here,” he adds.

Sundeep is currently working on ‘Damru Jo Baaje’, another song in the praise of Lord Shiva. The artiste says that besides feeding his soul with such songs, he aims to bring a change in the way youngsters look at ‘devotional songs’. “I want to create songs that appeal to the millennials of the country. My work should evoke their spirits while catering to their taste in music,” he concludes.

In the past, he has composed hits like ‘Baarish Lete Aana’ By Darshan Raval , Holiyaa Mein Ude Rang Lal Lal Re by Dev Negi & Payal Dev & Dil Beparwah By Jonita Gandhi & Jubin Nautiyal.

Also, he is working on another track 'Dildari', second part of ‘Chal Koi Gal Nai’, which will be released at Pulse Music India Youtube Channel. The song will be sung by A-Jay M and will feature social media celebs like Arishfa Khan & Lucky Dancer.

Amaal Mallik's pop debut Tu Mera Nahi hits the music scene

Presented under Sony Music India, Amaal Mallik's debut pop single, Tu Mera Nahi releases today amid enormous hype with celebrities and artists rooting for the young virtuoso. Action star Tiger Shroff, Suniel Shetty, melody queen, Shreya Ghoshal,  Sunidhi Chauhan, Honey Singh, Rochak Kohli, music composer, Shekhar Ravjiani, Prakriti Kakkar and Sukriti Kakkar, along with the army of Amaalians had been awaiting  Mallik's first independent song that hits the Indian music scene today with much celebration.

To offer this fresh single in a super special manner, Amaal surprised viewers and listeners as he appeared live on YouTube before the song's official release. Through the YouTube premiere, the music composer-songwriter-singer who's known to have an inexplicable connect with young listeners interacted with them. Celebrating independent music, Mallik introduced the song with fanfare befitting its anticipation.

The ultimate heartbreak song of the year has been composed and rendered by Amaal, penned by Rashmi Virag and features Mallik and internet sensation, Aditi Budhathoki. Given Mallik's incredible credentials as a musician and his contribution to music for cinema, the song is touted to win over listeners and stand out in the modern Indian pop genre.

Amaal says, “I have always made music with passion, love & honesty. With Tu Mera Nahi, I tried to pack the choicest elements musically and visually including the arid beauty of Dubai that favourably underlines the feeling of desertion in the song, the creativity of live musicians and Virag sir’s spot-on lyrics. I'm grateful for the love Tu Mera Nahi has been getting before its release and now that it's released to the listeners, I'm hopeful that the love will grow tenfold. A big up to Sony Music to trying new things, pushing the audio out before the video is not something an artist tries unless the song is associated with a big film and a big campaign. We are confident about the soul & cinematic experience the song has and it’s already winning hearts everywhere... I can see vocal covers, instrumental covers and dance covers! I wish every Amaalian the same thrill I'm experiencing right now.”

Presented by Sony Music India, composed and sung by Amaal Mallik, starring him and Aditi Budhathoki and written by Rashmi Virag, Tu Mera Nahi is now available on all streaming platforms.

I was thoroughly writing things by which I can make people laugh again, love their life again. BREEZER Vivid Shuffle Turns Up the Heat with Kriti Sanon & Vijay Devarakonda

After three years and three successful seasons of the most epic dance battles in the country, India’s biggest hip-hop festival is back with Season 4! This season BREEZER Vivid Shuffle, the largest hip-hop dance festival is taking it a notch higher by transforming into India’s first ever hip-hop league. In it’s first digital edition, the BREEZER Vivid Shuffle League conceptualized and produced by Only Much Louder Entertainment PVT LTD will kickstart from 6th November, and has opened the floor to not just b-boys and b-girls, but also rappers, artists and just about anybody who wants to make waves in India’s hip-hop scene. Going beyond the realm of dance, this year the festival is following a league format that will include all elements of hip-hop across music, art and dance. Led by ambassadors Kriti Sanon and Vijay Devarakonda, the league will span over 5 months as it digitally travels across regions to scout for talent from every nook and corner of the country.

Alongside the ambassadors, there will be four league ambassadors namely, Kr$na, JordIndian, Shantanu Maheshwari and Piyush & Shazia, leading four teams with participants from five distinct fields of music, art and dance. Additionally, participants will get a chance to brush up their skills, through the School of Shuffle workshops and masterclasses conducted by experts, during the festival. Online registrations for the league will take place on Insider starting 6th November and will continue till 21st December, post which virtual auditions will commence on 17th January. The winners will win big this year with a cash prize of INR 2 Million.

“I have always loved dancing before I even started acting. Hip-hop is one of the coolest dance forms and it makes me immensely happy that I finally get to be a part of this colourful and disruptive movement. I believe there are so many talented dancers out there who are just waiting for a platform like BREEZER Vivid Shuffle and I am super excited to see the crazy talent that gets discovered this season,” said Kriti Sanon.

“Hip-hop’s been a fascination since I was young- the music, the fashion, culture, graffiti. I used to be a hooked to watching international dance shows and always wished I could pop, lock, krump and freestyle like the dancers on the show. Till today hip-hop is my only go-to for music when I workout so I am really excited by the BREEZER Vivid Shuffle League, which is bringing to us all things I love about hip-hop on one platform. Look forward to the great talent and a great show,” stated Vijay Devarakonda.

“For three consecutive years, BVS has been associated with hip-hop and given opportunities to youth across the country to showcase their talent. With the rapidly changing consumer behaviour this year, we wanted to adapt the platform to continue being relevant for our consumers. Going digital allowed us to explore hip-hop culture as a whole and lend artists a platform beyond dance where they can showcase their skills across many subgenres of hip-hop. With everything we’ve got planned, we’re positive that Season 4 will see some of the greatest talents in the country come together and Live Life in Colour!” said Arti Hajela, Senior Brand Manager, RTD, AMEA at Bacardi.

“The biggest question relating to this year's edition of BREEZER Vivid Shuffle was: “What can we do to grow this community and make it accessible to an even larger audience?” So, we built upon the central aspects of the festival, namely, freedom of expression, movement and individuality. With the 2020 edition of the festival being digital, plus the expansion of its format from India’s Largest Hip-Hop Festival to India’s First Hip-Hop League, we hope to make it even more inclusive, exciting and successful than ever before,” said Gunjan Arya, Chief Executive Officer, OML

BREEZER Vivid Shuffle started back in 2017 with the purpose of providing a platform for India’s burgeoning hip-hop scene. It also aims to bring the subculture in mainstream conversations. Every year the festival travels across the country to discover and promote the best dance talent.

Registrations open on 6th November, so stay updated with BREEZER Vivid Shuffle on Facebook and Instagram. #BREEZERVividShuffle #LiveLifeInColour
