Amaal Mallik's pop debut Tu Mera Nahi hits the music scene

Presented under Sony Music India, Amaal Mallik's debut pop single, Tu Mera Nahi releases today amid enormous hype with celebrities and artists rooting for the young virtuoso. Action star Tiger Shroff, Suniel Shetty, melody queen, Shreya Ghoshal,  Sunidhi Chauhan, Honey Singh, Rochak Kohli, music composer, Shekhar Ravjiani, Prakriti Kakkar and Sukriti Kakkar, along with the army of Amaalians had been awaiting  Mallik's first independent song that hits the Indian music scene today with much celebration.

 

To offer this fresh single in a super special manner, Amaal surprised viewers and listeners as he appeared live on YouTube before the song's official release. Through the YouTube premiere, the music composer-songwriter-singer who's known to have an inexplicable connect with young listeners interacted with them. Celebrating independent music, Mallik introduced the song with fanfare befitting its anticipation.

 

The ultimate heartbreak song of the year has been composed and rendered by Amaal, penned by Rashmi Virag and features Mallik and internet sensation, Aditi Budhathoki. Given Mallik's incredible credentials as a musician and his contribution to music for cinema, the song is touted to win over listeners and stand out in the modern Indian pop genre.

 

Amaal says, “I have always made music with passion, love & honesty. With Tu Mera Nahi, I tried to pack the choicest elements musically and visually including the arid beauty of Dubai that favourably underlines the feeling of desertion in the song, the creativity of live musicians and Virag sir’s spot-on lyrics. Filmmaker Raaj Shaandilyaa busy with exciting scripts

 

Writer and filmmaker Raaj Shaandilyaa, who earned massive praise for his directorial debut 'Dream Girl' last year has successfully established himself as one of the most promising filmmakers in this new age of cinema. While there's a lot of excitement amongst fans for his upcoming projects, the latest we hear that Raaj has been working on several scripts during the lockdown, which is keeping him really busy.

 

With all of us maintaining social distancing and taking all the necessary precautions during the coronavirus pandemic, the filmmaker has been doing virtual calls with various directors and producers to discuss his next. While his debut film was a comedy, it would be interesting to see what genre would be his much anticipated upcoming project.

 

Confirming the same, Raaj Shaandilyaa said in a statement, "I have been working on some really exciting projects during the lockdown and really can't wait to make the big announcement. My directorial debut, 'Dream Girl' received so much love from the audiences, so am really looking forward to bring my next film for them."

 

He further added, "I took the pandemic in my favour and made sure to make everyday as productive as I can, including reading a lot of works and finish writing what's was pending. I didn't know this time was all a human needed away from the usual city chaos. I could concentrate even better in isolation , where as I was very well aware of the situations in pandemic and kind of trauma people were going through , my only motive was to come up with such scripts which can make people laugh , so that whenever after all this they watch my work , the joy can come back . I was thoroughly writing things by which I can make people laugh again, love their life again. After all Comedy can never go wrong for / with me and the task of what's next which no one has seen yet and can make people laugh out loud was only the thing in my mind through out this time "

BREEZER Vivid Shuffle Turns Up the Heat with Kriti Sanon & Vijay Devarakonda

After three years and three successful seasons of the most epic dance battles in the country, India’s biggest hip-hop festival is back with Season 4! This season BREEZER Vivid Shuffle, the largest hip-hop dance festival is taking it a notch higher by transforming into India’s first ever hip-hop league. In it’s first digital edition, the BREEZER Vivid Shuffle League conceptualized and produced by Only Much Louder Entertainment PVT LTD will kickstart from 6th November, and has opened the floor to not just b-boys and b-girls, but also rappers, artists and just about anybody who wants to make waves in India’s hip-hop scene. Going beyond the realm of dance, this year the festival is following a league format that will include all elements of hip-hop across music, art and dance. Led by ambassadors Kriti Sanon and Vijay Devarakonda, the league will span over 5 months as it digitally travels across regions to scout for talent from every nook and corner of the country. 

Alongside the ambassadors, there will be four league ambassadors namely, Kr$na, JordIndian, Shantanu Maheshwari and Piyush & Shazia, leading four teams with participants from five distinct fields of music, art and dance. Additionally, participants will get a chance to brush up their skills, through the School of Shuffle workshops and masterclasses conducted by experts, during the festival. Online registrations for the league will take place on Insider starting 6th November and will continue till 21st December, post which virtual auditions will commence on 17th January. The winners will win big this year with a cash prize of INR 2 Million. 

“I have always loved dancing before I even started acting. Hip-hop is one of the coolest dance forms and it makes me immensely happy that I finally get to be a part of this colourful and disruptive movement. I believe there are so many talented dancers out there who are just waiting for a platform like BREEZER Vivid Shuffle and I am super excited to see the crazy talent that gets discovered this season,” said Kriti Sanon.

I used to be a hooked to watching international dance shows and always wished I could pop, lock, krump and freestyle like the dancers on the show. Till today hip-hop is my only go-to for music when I workout so I am really excited by the BREEZER Vivid Shuffle League, which is bringing to us all things I love about hip-hop on one platform.
