SHIAMAK SURPRISES HISSTUDENTS

Each year as students perform at Shiamak’s Winter Funk show, this year theywere in for a treat as Shiamak surprised them singing and dancing with hisdance company in the unique ShiamakStyle. ‘For two decades my students have been my pillars of strength. Thisperformance was dedicated to all those who celebrate the independence of dance,of movement and of expression. Just to see them cheer and dance makes me feelso blessed’, says Shiamak. His performance started off with a visuallyimpeccable performance to With or WithoutYou with his dance company displaying technique and style that Shiamak hasinculcated in them. This followed by the uptempo the hit single, Miss Independent, Shiamak’s singing hadthe audiences grooving along! The highlight of the evening also was theperformance by children on wheelchairs and the lesser privileged from Shiamak’snot for profit organisation Victory ArtsFoundation who received a standing ovation from the audience.
