Gayathri(Dubai) - Using her voice as herprincipal instrument, independent Singer/Songwriter Gayathri's music effortlessly meldscultures, underpinning them all with her rich, soulful vocals and heartfeltlyricism. Born in India, raised in Dubai and currently based in London,Gayathri's music draws fromthe Indian Classical music of her childhood and the world of Western alternativemusic. After the release of two EPs and a music video that received raves, twosuccessful self-funded tours around Europe, she is currently recording herfirst full-length album, which was successfully crowd funded in May2012. With these raw elements and her own shining creative spirit, shebends notes and form to create new sounds that are at once strikingly modernand utterly timeless.
The Koniac Net - The Koniac Net’s recent album, "One Last Monsoon", wasprimarily recorded in the songwriter's (David Abraham) bedroom - an aptenvironment for an album, which essentially sounds like a love letter to theIndie & Alternative genres, as well as the artists/bands that allow thesegenres to thrive.
Tracks from"One Last Monsoon" have already gained airplay in the U.S., U.K.,France, Morocco, Australia, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Austria, Canada,Hungary, and Greece (with more on the way!). After receiving numerous requeststo tour internationally, in June of 2012, the Koniac Net transformed from aone-man-project to a 6-piece band
Nikhil D’Souza - aguitarist/singer-songwriter from Mumbai who has been the voice of manysuccessful indie-acts and Bollywood songs. Having played with several bands,Nikhil is a young, yet seasoned artist and a great live performer. Nikhil’ssong-writing and unique voice has taken him all over India and to festivals inAustralia, Singapore, Ukraine and more. Hard to categorize, Nikhil’s music isas pop as it is alternative with folk influences
