Prachee Shah Paandya opened the festival with her outstanding performance and she had her husband vishwaas paandya and her daughter who witmessed her first ever performance ,Kavita seth ,anoop jalota ,yukta mookhey,penaaz mesani ,chitra jagjit singh etc were present to watch prachee perform
Prachee shah Paandya says What greater high that on one side I was paying a tribute to a legend like jagjit singhji and on the other side I was opening a week long festival to celebrate the birth of lord krishna .It brought back my childhood memories of performing on the same stage when I was just a few years older than my daughter khiana ! As a mother it was a great feeling to have my 3and a half year old daughter sitting and clapping for me !
